Okay women in Lycra outfits is a draw. But after the initial visual impression of over makeup using young ladies, the rest of the experience was less than deserving a return visit. While they did have a good $13 all you can eat chicken wing special (every Tuesday evening > 5pm) the wings were good, but the sauces were too much, too sweet and heavy. Would likely suggest just plain wings in the future. The cost of the meal for two people was almost $40. The atmosphere was bright and pleasant, though a bit boisterous. (99% of the customers were males a good portion of those were grouped together at large tables all looking at laptop screen as they were playing some sporting/betting activity. The few male-female couples were definitely the minority. Ordered Iced Tea as a beverage and it was just NASTY. A powdered (not brewed) concoction that tasted like it came from a can. Nothing close to what Iced Tea should be, I could to stomach it and ordered the Lemonade to replace it. Parking was plentiful though the lot was rather full (see above note about multitudes of screen staring males). I would return if I fancied a look at a Lycra outfitted young lady, but for a night out for wings I will be returning to the Buffalo Wild Wings that is just a few minutes East on Rt9. If you are into the betting activity that was underway I guess this is your kind of place. If not, well thee are other eateries in the area that are a bit less expensive and a bit more comfortable.

Bunch of morons! Consistently Fd up our orders both times we went! First we went and only 3 out of the 5 people we were with got their food, when the waitress finally came over to check on us 15 min later we told her we didnt receive two orders; she came back with an order of plain wings and wings covered in god knows (honestly looked and tasted like straight up oil!) when they had ordered buffalo wings. Decided to give them another chance but got take-out instead; again they gave us plain wings instead of the buffalo that we ordered and one order of unbearably salty boneless garlic Parmesan; and not to mention when we called to place the order it took us three calls to get a person to finally answer and then we were placed on hold for 8 minutes. I suggest going to Buffalo Wild Wings right down the street, better service, better quality food, and they have never messed our order up.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. If you are a single female walking into this place to order a to go you will NOT get any service. I had to call a manager to even get acknowledged and the idiot bartender still wouldnt even help me. She literally took my order 3 times and still couldnt get it right. These girls need more waitress training than anything. Just because you may appear to "look good" does not mean ANYTHING if you cant take an order down but for starters lets learn to be polite. So after the first waitress screwed up another one came to assist who may have been even worse. She goes listen, we are going to make these wings "on the fly" for you. Oh gee thanks like she was doing me a favor. Massachusetts Hooters doesnt have s**t on the Hooters from TEXAS. Go get trained you dumb bimbos !!!!

Great experience at the new Hooters in Shrewsbury. I had the top 3 hottest wings, and it was hard to choose a favorite. My wife on the other hand is a harder to please, So many different souses my wife had a hard time deciding, Our Hooters girl Katie, was great.. she took the time to sit down with my wife and explain the ingredients in them, and let her sample about 8 of them till she found the right one. Thank you Hooters and thank you Katie, Great food, electric atmosphere, and excellent service :)

At the beginning I ordered chicken wings they were good until I bit in and a long black hair got stuck in between my teeth and not my own hair I then went to pull it out but it was baked under the batter into the chicken majority of the waitresses all had small boobs and smalls butts, waste of 90 dollars if you ask me only good thing about it was service was fast and wings were good until the hair incident, I ended up getting boneless Buffalo chicken which Im sure was spit on or on

Out of 5 orders, waitress messed up 2 and kitchen messed up 2. One never came until we caught the server and she reordered it for us (then it arrived incorrect as well). What did arrive was better than typical Hooters (though not quite what we ordered). NHL conference finals were happening, and they showed track, arena football, tennis, golf, and some home shopping channel. Very few customers. Probably wont be here in a year....

I had the daytona wings bone in....a little spicy They where good.....the nachos where ok...thay where spicy and did not expect that.my wife had the fish and chips and she loved it and my brotherinlaw had yhe mushroom swiss burger (medium well) he thought itwas good. The wait time at the door was a bit but then again it was packed. More servers definitely needed but overall it was good and ower waitresses was great.

Not busy at bar 4 people max, Sat at bar stool at 11:20 pm got asked 15 mins later if I needed something. HMM lets see, Na I just came in to watch TV. She had a Body but no brains! Must have been gods break & the elves assembled her without OS! Thank goodness for the other bartender who did a follow up to see if I wanted another beer.

Normally this place is awesome. Tonight was one of the worst services i have ever had. We waited 16 minutes for a refill on our drinks. Our waitress stood 2 tables over from us just talking to another table. This place needs to monitor the the staff a little better so the customers arent waiting on simple things like drinks.

My experience in hooters was both delightful and a fun. My server Cassie was very helpful and and attentive and took care of everything I needed. She was super knowledgeable of the food and drink menu and helped me select some very delicious smoked wings. I give hooters of Shrewsbury 5 stars.

Went for wings on Friday night at 11pm, they were awful. Hardly any spice in them and over cooked filled with grease. Been eating Hooters my whole life, and this was the worst ever. The cooks need to treat late nighters the same as afternooners. Take pride in your wings all day and night!

Yeaaaaa buddy this place is the best! I suggest coming here by yourself and sitting at the bar. You can listen to a bunch of recently divorced men who are too or self-conscious to visit a strip club practice talking to women. Best money youll ever spend . Wings are good

Food was OK, but service was super slow. Waitress forgot drink orders and returned 20 minutes later asking if we needed anything else. When drinks arrived, they were incorrect. Restaurant ambiance is nice, but bathrooms were disgusting. Trash piled up on the sinks.
