Worst service ever. Big attitude from the time I placed my order. Only got half the order, left me sitting there then came back and wanted to know if I was waiting for something. I told him the latte was still missing. 5 min later it finally arrived, wrong, but at least I finally had my order. String of cars behind me in the drive thru. Will not be going back.

I often need to find an WiFi hotspot at which to sit and work for a few hours here or there. This Starbucks is one of my favorites in the area, good seating, not too noisy, probably because they serve customers promptly and have a drive-through to handle many of their customers without generating foot traffic and long lines inside.

This place has gone downhill HARD. I have been going here for about 6 years now and it gets worse and worse. The drive thru line is always long, and the wait is always long. Even if they have a full staff you will not wait less than 10 minutes. If you live closer to Burlington or Lowell just go to those ones. This one is awful now

Ive been here at pretty much every part of the day and would highly recommend avoiding the morning rush if possible. Wifi works great though so you can catch up on everything while waiting in line.

Im gonna give it 3 stars. I dont drink coffee and Ive never bought anything at a Starbucks, but my daughter loves it here. Im assuming its the image more than the items, but ya never know.

Very friendly, good desserts, good coffee.. Can have long drive thru lines although I try to go at times I can avoid them, very expensive but its not just this location its all of them..

They make the drinks just as you ordered it. So many sbux forget to do something - lemonade in passion tea lemonade, etc They are friendly and good customer service - 9/10
