The waiting time for a seating of 6 is crazy...the front desk staff are not organized at all....unless you make a reservation dont bother going here even if the food is great! Lack of seating for the elderly is also not available which is a disappointment! Lack of tracking customers that have made a booking is also a joke as it has the ladies at the reception running around!!!! There is a huge opportunity for management to look at their process improvements. After being seated for 15 minutes still no server at our table! Ended up having to go to the front desk to receive service......20 minutes after ordering we received our food which is not bad...as for the food it was actually good...fries could have been warmer....after we received our food we never saw the waitress until we were finished. What if we were not satisfied with the food??? So...in short...time for service is bad overall...the chef does make up for it a bit more. As for the value for money...lets just say I wont recommend going back or to go there for a first date...

O . M . G are you kidding me!!!!!!!!!! 18+ dollars for a regular pizza and its the size of a pizza hut personal pan pizza and the total bill was like 40 bucks .... I could have fed a family of 4 at a 5 star resturant for that kind of money..... How does the owner sleep at night charging these prices???

The staff here was amazing! There was a slight confusion with not having my favorite dish but in the end they did end up having it and even comp me the meal. I was so happy! Totally coming back!
