This place is awesome, Ive been coming here for 8 yrs (since 2008) I live in Ipswich now and still come here. Their food is primo and filling. Never disappointed, the service is beyond friendly, its "la familia", meaning they treat everyone as regular. When I lived up on the corner of Howard and Alston I called after they closed (around 11pm they used to be open wicked late yrs ago), before I could even be bummed about it being closed the old man (OG) that owned the place told me give them a little time and theyll hook it up less than 40 mins later comes a knock at my door up on Howard, Its him!!!!! Calzone, fries and a bunch of extra food, HE BROUGHT IT TO ME PERSONALLY ON HOS WAY HOME!!! Thats some awesome service. Este lugar es increíble, he estado viniendo aquí durante 8 años (desde 2008) Yo vivo en Ipswich y todavía vienen aquí. Su comida es primo y el relleno. Nunca nos ha decepcionado, el servicio es más que amable, que es "la familia", lo que significa que tratan a todos como regular. Cuando vivía en la esquina de Howard y Alston llamé después de que se cerraron (alrededor de las 11 que solían ser abierta hace malos años finales de los años), antes de que incluso podría estar hecho polvo sobre él estando cerrado el viejo (OG) que el dueño del lugar me dijo que les dé un poco de tiempo y que van a conectarlo a menos de 40 minutos más tarde viene un golpe en mi puerta para arriba en Howard, es él !!!!! Calzone, papas fritas y un montón de comida extra, lo trajo a mí personalmente EN CASA !!! HOS MANERA Eso es un servicio impresionante.

Worst place to ever order food. Placed my order at 8:15pm and was told it would be here soon. I was NEVER told it would take 2 hours for them to arrive. So at 10pm when they arrived after I called them TWICE I told them I wasnt paying full price. I was told "either pay the full price or you dont get anything" the worst customer service Ive ever had. The delivery driver was rude and had such an attitude. When he called the "manager" she tried to talk bad in Spanish not knowing we knew Spanish. After everything was said and done they tried to only take $3 off of my order that was not only 2 hours late but was also COLD. Dont ever order from here !!!!

Ordered my pizza at 10pm shop closes at 11 so I ordered a simple small half pepperoni & cheese pizza ok 30 min wait right ? No 1hr 12mins to be exact and when it can it was half ham and cheese and not really neat then I call back tell me its to late they closed I told them I will be there tomorrow for my pizza please and thank you real unprofessional since they switched up owners its really sad I been loving this place since I was a kid smh what a they customer service is a disgrace !

Pizza very thin and just tastes cheap unlike the old Ozzies from 8 years ago that you talk about when the pizza was actually good and by the length of your post and it being in two languages Im figuring thats the owner or friend. The pizza is terrible havent bothered with anything else usually bad pizza is a pretty clear indication that all the food is usullly going to suck. I dont get how they get anyone to eat there when I say the pizza is bad its really bad

unlike all the negative ppl who really dont have anything gd to say about anything. i like this place.yes they take a little long to cook but the food is not that frozen food like other places it is freshly made and everything is prepared on the spot. sorry to inform u its not a fastfood restaurant or digorno. 2 thumbs up!

Called on a Friday afternoon and they said they didnt offer delivery until after 4pm. No good for business. Especially for workers that cant leave office.
