Walked in here to see what the hype was all about. Many times there is a line out the door. Its a small space and I had no idea what I was getting besides Ice Cream. Then I saw the process, which I must say is cool and I had never heard of it before. Then I immediately understood why its popular. The novelty of having rolled ice cream is cool. However Im just more traditional when it comes to ice cream, hence my rating. What I liked is that you may add your own toppings once your ice cream is rolled. I enjoyed their Morning Call cup which is coffee flavored ice cream. My sister, a lover of all things chocolate and Oreos ordered the Sweet Heart. Unfortunately that one left more to be desired. Outside of that the staff was nice.

The ice cream itself lived up to my expectations, but its nothing super high-end. For the price you pay, its pretty worth it. Compared to other rolled ice cream stores, the flavor options are a bit limited, but there is sufficient topping options to add whatever variety you may want. There isnt room inside the store for customers to sit down and eat, so youre expected to kind of stand-and-eat or walk out as soon as theyre done preparing your ice cream. What they do offer, though, like most rolled ice cream stores, is a chance to watch your ice cream get made through a clear glass panel, which is quite a sight especially for first-timers.

So excited to see one of these here! Very cool concept, the process of how the make ice cream is a sight to see. The only reason they didnt receive a 5 is because theyre a bit unorganized. The place is pretty small so it can get crowded, especially during fri & sat nights. When they call out your order, its confusing - you really dont know if its your order because they yell the same menu number. Despite the confusion, the ice cream tastes so good. You have 10 different flavors and can put add any toppings for free. One size cup and roughly $7.

Making delicious ice cream rolls that are as much of a treat as they are a show, Hi B3ar serves up some pretty solid stuff from pretty liquid creams. If youve never had the experience of having ice cream rolls before, you should stop by this location. They have quite a few different flavours that all incorporate the actual ingredients of their taste (banana-flavoured has chunks of banana, hazelnut has bits of hazelnuts, etc.). Only downside is theres not seating, but quite a few of these kinds of places dont.

Delicious ice cream rolls with plenty of roping options. Its so fun to watch them make the ice cream. Start to finish it takes about 3 minutes to make, so make sure you have time to place your order and stick around. The ice cream is expensive, but a fun treat to enjoy every once and a while!

Great little place that serves the latest fad in ice cream - rolled! Good variety of flavors (most of which have an Asian flair). The ice cream rollers are professional and fun to watch. The place is pretty new and the store is very Spartan. Im sure theyll dress it up more as time goes on.
