Best soft serve in rhode island (has been for over 50 years). Also, great prices (could buy ice cream for 4 people for under $10). They also have hard ice cream, milkshakes, slushies, ice cream sandwiches (made with their soft serve), and a cross between ice cream and a milshake called a noreaster that is analogous to blizzards at dairy queen. Everything there is delicious but they are known for their soft serve.

If you like soft serve ice cream you cant beat Frosty Freez! Its an island tradition w/ the locals!! The lines at peak times can be long but the friendly staff keep em moving! Root beer floats are great, sundaes too. Theres all kinds of stuff in addition to the soft serve (slushes, ice cream sandwiches, etc).

Im pretty sure this is the best ice cream Ive ever had. Its so thick and creamy and delicious. I live in Mississippi, but I go to Rhode Island every year to be a camp counselor and we always go here. And we ask them every year to franchise to the south! Really though, its amazing.

Wide variety of soft serve & hard serve. Healthy options and also treats for the dogs. Quick service and inexpensive. Cash only payment method can be a hassle for some but usually fine thanks to the neighboring bank. Great for after the beach!

This ice cream stand sells mainly soft serve. Its the best coffee vanilla twist Ive ever had! The lines can get long but they move fast! This is a summer must have every year for my family! And the prices are the best Ive seen!

Frosty Freeze is the go-to ice cream place for folks on the island. Its super cheap. Almost always a large line, but it moves fast. Personally, I prefer Anna Ds in Portsmouth, but Frosty Freeze is the overwhelming local favorite.

Cheap and delicious. Got ourselves a small coffee vanilla soft serve twist and our dog his own little dish for less than $5. Everyone enjoyed it, worth a little detour on our day trip!
