I love JP Licks. This is right by my house and its usually clean. There will be times when you see a bum or two passed out on the couch which often makes me not want to sit there eventhough its extremely comfortable. I love their Dragon Green Tea. Its so good and light. The water is always HOT as it should be. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. The staff are usually friendly and the lines generally move along quickly.

Staff was pleasant, polite, had us laughing & smiling because it was my husbands Bday week & they never heard of that. He is officially 70yrs of age. My husband said I look good for 70 no wrinkles huh!! That made the laugh. Will definately go back there again. It was also a clean environment. Give this site & employees something a certificate & put something in2 thing in2 their personel file.

The ice cream is absolutely amazing. Its a boston classic, and I just love the Cambridge atmosphere so much. The ice cream shop is filled with Harvard intellectuals, and just snooping on on conversations can be quite fun. I visited in November and ordered the Wild Turkey Bourbon and it was amazing.

Im lactose intolerant (I know, I know, its an ice cream shop)--and they have lactose-free flavors, coconut and almond milk, and I can order an extra-thick shake without any consequences! My daughter tells me everything else is also terrific, BTW.

There is nothing not to love about J.P. Licks. Whether youre getting a cone of vanilla or a dish of their latest wackiest flavor, everything is quality at J.P. Licks from the ice cream, to the service, and the stores themselves.

Entire staff was sstanding away from the register chatting to someone and when they saw me asked "oh, you want coffee?" Uh yeah... I ordered an americano and he proceeded to ask me how to make it. Sorry Im out.

I think this is a good JP Licks. The service is good, and so is the the ice cream. I think this is one of the bigger JP Licks I have been too. This one seemed more spacious than other ones I have been too.

Large and open space with prompt service, but hey, youre going for the ice cream. :) Which, by the way, is fantastic. Nothing makes a fall day like an Oreo or apple crumb ice cream frappe with malt.

Have visited here lots of times. The ice cream is great and the free wifi is nice. It can get very busy especially during the winter months as people seek warm beverages and shelter from the cold!
