Service at bar annoyingly slow, (not s game changer) but in one example, they walked past me to gossip at bar with off clock friend or someone. While particular service from this individual was lacking, they had a great persona and courteous So Im likely thinking its a rare occurrence as it was kinda slow this night.. And Im not a flashy deuce willing to, for one person, yell to get their attention when instead it gets many. Several tables were open plus more empties at bar... So I give this place a 4 overall. Great food and cozy feel and, while disappointed in getting stood up on refills, the second waiter made up for it even when it was just for delivery containers .

Went in when they first opened, it was fair I figured they had to work a few kinks out. Went in yesterday and sat on the patio. They had a dog walking around to every table looking for food.The dog owner said that he brings the dog in every weekend because his daughters work there so its ok. The waiters and waitresses were patting and cuddling the dog. Feeding it food from the kitchen and then I was wondering if they washed their hands before bringing me my food. They didnt. We order BBQ sandwich and fish tacos. BBQ was tasteless and the fish tasted like seasoning not fish. I am wondering when the health department allowed pets in the restaurant. We have no need to go back.

Been here several times over the past few years, never had a bad meal or beverage, and service has always been terrific as well. I just discovered that they allow pets (outside only), and this is the first pet friendly restaurant I have found in Westminster! Yea! Definitely coming back with our Lab! Edited on 10-9-15... Back with our Lab (Goldy) and had another great meal, made even better because we didnt have to leave her home, and as an added bonus, we didnt have to ask for a doggie bag as she got her bacon right there - courtesy of my wife.

We recently held our FSK 35th class reunion gathering of near 60 people at your establishment. The Staff was extremely cooperative and helpful in setting up and organizing the event. The food was excellent and the waitresses were super polite and attentive throughout the evening. The causal atmosphere was lively and kept everyone entertained. Thank you, and the staff for helping to make the night a success. FSK Class of 1981.

Had my daughters 16th Birthday party at the Westminster Turtle. The manager Joe did a great job. He checked in with us repeatedly throughout the night to make sure everything was to our liking. Jenna took wonderful care of us the entire evening, Nick stepped on and helped when necessary. Couldnt have asked for better service. Food was also wonderful, everyone raved about it. Very pleased with choosing Westminster Turtle.

Greene Turtle is great, this location is not. I think its ok if you sit at the bar, but at a table good luck getting service. They have another location in Owings Mills, if you cant sit at the bar (with kids) just go to Owings Mills, thats what I did last time (after this one seated me and then we never saw staff again) - that was also the time I had decided to give this location another chance...

What a total rip off ! Drinks discusting, burger hard ( asked for med ) three spoon fulls of crab dip. Not even enough for ONE person yet alone two to share! Manager nice, waitress ok..( hostess a doll!) but you have to pay for the CHEESE on the burger! AND the onion straws..had to pay for those TOO! MANAGER IS NEW! Give it a chance maybe he can get it right!

Good always good... waitress are cute. Only thing I was not happy with was when I spilled my drink they didnt stop me from cleaning it up. I didnt mind but they should if made the offer a little stronger. Plus when it happen it was that busy. The bar has more customers then the sitting area. Other that that well worth the trip for goid family food..

Waitress was awful both times I had her. The first time she took forever to come over and get us our drinks. The kicker is that it was basically empty because we were there at 3pm! It didnt get much better after that. The second time we had a large party and she didnt come around to us for at least 30 minutes. Both times she had a horrible attitude.

I eat here once or twice a year. Greene Turtle is a local chain. They have a big outdoor patio that is nice. The food is good and their burgers are consistently good. Maybe not the best burger youll ever have but satisfying and tasty. Try the maple bacon burger!

Friday happy hour. Felt like I was in the south as the patrons seem like they are not from Baltimore. The staff was extremely attentive at All times. Left with a healthy buzz since I wasnt driving.

The wait staff is friendly and quick. However, its not a place where Id like to pay a cover at 8 for a band that doesnt start until 10:30...which was when I planned on leaving.

Rude hostess who lied about outdoor seating being unavailable. Dirty booths, horrible food and mediocre service. OK for a quick drink but not for anything edible!

Great service and good food. I had the grilled shrimp and blue cheese salad from the gluten free menu. It was a great salad! Our server, Eric, was just wonderful!

You can watch any football game there, TVs at every booth, outside bar you can smoke at. Only been there twice but will go back
