On the plus side, the restaurant was nice and clean. Our server, Travis, was very friendly and attentive. The portion sizes are huge. On the negative side, the food is really rather bland. My companion got fish tacos and was super excited that they werent made of tilapia. Sadly, they were completely underwhelming and bland. They really missed an opportunity to shine here. My beef fajita burrito had much more going for it. The beef was tender, juicy and flavorful. Id give it a 4 star for flavor. It is served with some rather unimpressive beans and rice. The burrito was covered in a weird kind of cheese sauce which would have been okay had it not figured so prominently in the dish. It should have been part of the topping. The burrito would have been elevated if they would have served it with a little pico de gallo or something a bit acidic to cut the richness of the cheese sauce.

The food was tasty and it had an "American" authentic Mexican flavor. The tortillas were delicious. The chorizo, peurco and cecina were flavorful and tender. The plates were well balanced with a lot of fresh vegetables. The re-fried beans nor rice seemed to stand out. My classic Margarita was not traditional. It was likely tequila with a Margarita mix (too sweet for my taste.) Maybe they could offer a traditional Margarita too. They did have a great selection of Tequila though. Wait staff was friendly and timely. The menu and portions were both big. Overall, it was a pleasant experience in a casual restaurant. Good recipes, quality food, bountiful plates & at great price. 3 Entrees, 3 Margaritas & 2 Premium shots of Tequila for ~$85 + tip. Well go back again for sure.

This place is super cute inside but the food is not good. Everything is so bland and does not come out as advertised. I went when they first opened and ordered a burrito that only consisted of a few shrimp rice and shredded cheese. It had no flavor. I tried it a second time, thinking maybe it was because they just opened. I was wrong. I ordered chicken tostadas that were advertised to come with lettuce cheese sour cream pico and guac. The chicken did not have any flavor whatsoever. It was plain shredded chicken and there was no cheese pico or guacamole on it. There are better Mexican places in Westminster. We wont be back.

My husband and I get carry out from you location a couple times a month. Tonight our order was incorrect when my husband came to get it then her got home and realized you forgot the fajitas. Drove all the way back to realize when he got home we did not receive chips for our appetizer guacamole and the fajitas was still wrong when he returned!!!!! We spent over $60 and when I just called to speak to a manager was "told they were all too busy and I would have to call back tomorrow"I have worked in the food business and understand you get busy but that response and food received is terrible and the customer service aweful

The food is delicious and plentiful, not one of our party of eight could finish our plates. Our server, Emily, is awesome and one we wanted to invite to the table, as family. The sevice was excellent overall, very attentive but not bothersome, nagging or pushy. The place is clean. Even the restrooms are pleasant, which is always a good sign. We really enjoyed our time tonight and will be back again. If you havent been here, you are missing out on a nice little secret piece of autentico, tucked back in Westminster, Maryland. I highly recommend this as one of your next outings.

Wonderful new resturant that is happily not a chain! Very welcoming staff. Beautifully cozy bar but bright clean family fining room too. Drinks are to die for. As for food, upscale Tex-Mex that is far better than any other similar resturant in area. Balt Sun reviewer gave it two stars for Good rating but deserves more, Tortilla Soup great flavor lots of chicken and meal in itself. Everything we had including fish tacos was full of flavor. Only suggestion is reduce the salt in the soup or maybe use a less salty cheese. Cant wait to go back.

Good things: have a lot of real Mexican things I the menu. A great tequila menu. Serve Jarritos soda (tamarind. So delicious). Their huaraches were awesome... with the warm habanero salsa. Bad: some food was really bland considering youre in a restaurant called Habaneros. They close the bar and restaurant at 10 on a Friday night. Its tundra cold in there. The most bland rice Ive ever eaten. The servers (Katherine) and the host were very accommodating, but they dont know their tequilas like they should.

Good atmosphere and decor, great service but the food was seriously lacking. My sons cheese quesadilla had way too much cheese (I was pulling and scraping off the excess and he still wasnt a fan). My fish tacos and my husbands dish were both completely bland without any seasoning whatsoever. Our rice was undercooked and crunchy. The combination of higher prices and subpar food (though very nice plate presentation) was truly a disappointment, as we were both very excited for this new restaurant.

We liked that it was a busy place, but not so busy that we had to wait at 6:30 on a Saturday to be seated. By 7:30 it was much busier. The style of cooking and seasonings used were better than the standard Mexican restaurant. We had the empanada platter and the shrimp quesadilla and both were excellent. They were also very generous portions. My husband and I could have shared just one of those and that would have been enough. We will definitely be back!

The place is beautiful, clean and calm. Staff was okay. I order guacamole, wasnt great; looks good but didnt have enough lemon juice. I ask for Pescados a la Diabla $13 but instead I got camarón a la Diabla $16, was too scipy, I give a try but I wasnt in the mood for shrimp. I am not coming back, I have better mexican food in other place. I am Latina, trust me when I tell you that this place doesnt have tastefull mexican food.

Thought wed try this place for lunch as we really like Mexican foods. We were "not" disappointed with the meal or service. Fairly new place with a pleasant astmosphere and very clean. The foods were somewhat bland, but if you ask for hot sauce that makes things all better.Food portions are ample.Large variety of foods. Chips & Salsa ofcourse, very good. Two downsides, 1. its a little out of the way and 2. things were a little pricey.

Well I couldnt tell you about the food because the server never came. Waited and waited and waited some more. We did get chips but 10 minutes turned into 20. Sad deal was, there were maybe 10 customers in the joint? The waitress served the table in front of us at least 5X but never bothered to ask us if we wanted drinks, food, ANYTHING!!! Hope their food is better than their service? Probably wont be going there again.

Mixed feelings on this place. They have a bit of an identity crisis. They have possibly the most complete tequila selection Ive ever seen. Their salsa is fresh and authentic and the margaritas are decent. We were, however disappointed by the entrees. I would not consider them authentic, and definitely a bit Americanized. Having said this, we will give them another chance and try some other options on the menu.
