Tropical Smoothie isnt Smoothie King but yeah, okay. Anyway I really appreciate this location. I actually didnt even know they were here until a few months ago (Summer 2016). I was still pleasantly surprised that they offered some of the same ingredients that Smoothie King does, by and by. I usually opt, no I always opt, for one of their healthier Smoothies, sans sugar, with added whey protein and oats. Very delicious, albeit expensive. But if you join their loyalty rewards programs you can earn rewards for each visit. Every little bit helps! I also love the wraps they offer....Totally Turkey is my favorite. Ive had one issue here once when one of the workers gave my order to another customer....eeerrrr???!!!! Anyway I believe Im a regular patron because the smoothies are definitely D-licious!

Hello. When I visited this location on Saturday, it was loud and just over all not a pleasant experience. The cashier, a large black guy, was talking rather loudly with the other patrons of the cafe rather than help out the other people. I saw one young lady try to help out and once he noticed her, then started to help out. It took them over 15min to get my smoothie out, and while I can understand it was busy, I watched as other people who ordered after me get their smoothies before me.

I go to Tropical Smoothie way too much but I love this place. My go to smoothie is the Avocalada, no sugar! It is soooooo good that Ive tried to replicate it at home, to no avail. Dont knock avocados in a smoothie because its awesome. The staff & atmosphere is good although sometimes the music is a little too loud. Lately on the weekends its been a disaster. It seems like the weekend crew is the B-Team and are a little lacking in the smoothie making skills.

I came to Tropical Smoothie on lunch break, I came in and stood in line and wasnt greeted for a couple of minutes. When a cashier finally came up front it was only to get the phone. The cashier continued to take the to go order for several minutes. It was a 30 dollar order so it took some time to take. The service I finally was provided was poor at best the same goes for her attitude. If I could rate this place lower, I would.

I have been to other Tropical Smoothie Café and the establishments has been more presentable. I didnt like the fact that this one in Waldorf you cant see the staff make your smoothie nor your food. The lighting is not that great, and the waiting area is small. The most important part is location, this particular Smoothie Café is in the wrong location. I am not going back there.

Considering i ordered 6 different smoothies it was pretty quick, customizing was easy and welcomed. Sitting area isnt very big and gets crowded quick. Start going slow when youre on the street the building comes up pretty quick....also the parking lot is rather small but clears out quickly so if you have to wait for a parking spot you wont be waiting long

This place is very nice, neat and clean with amazing smoothies, I was greeted by all employees however the one who made my Smoothie made it to perfection! I had a long couple of days traveling into town so I stopped their for a fresh, cold, smoothie the associate (Anthony ) made my travels worthwhile.... So heres to Anthony!! Thank you.

My favorite place for staying healthy. The TEAM ALWAYS customizes my smoothies according to my health requirements without any drama. Only reason its not a 5 star rating is it gets backed up with customers & some of the cashiers are very slow (usually the newbies)! Worth the wait!

The server that took my order was knowledgeable about the menu and patient because I had a lot of questions, as it was my first time! I ordered a smoothie and a half with the chicken salad sandwich with a Bahama Mama which was very sweet and refreshing! I will return!

Fantastic! I highly recommend this place. The staff, crew, and owners are super friendly and educated about Tropical Smoothie products. Their smoothies are delicious & healthy, so are the salads, soups and meals! Ive tried just about everything.

Great smoothies. The whole staff is nice except one. Renisia. Who ever has the green hair. Shes annoying and rude. Ghetto doesnt look good for a small business and thats what that girl brings to the table. She needs to grow up.
