The restaurant is great for families and has plenty of seating. The menu items are fairly priced and they have something for everyone to include a pleasing kids menu! Most kids are lucky but their offerings will have the pickiest eater leaving with a meal. The only drawback is I am a pescetarian and there are only four or five seafood choices none of which includes say shrimp. Their Citrus Harissa Salmon burger meal is highly recommended while it lasts. I feel like I remember being told it was a specialty limited time item. Lastly, DESSERT!! I am a shake connoisseur and snob and their shakes pass my checklist: thickness, flavor and smoothness as you drink. My fave is the Salted Caramel shake. The only thing is as a Himalayan salt user I will advise them a little goes a long way. Their order preparers tend to use it like garnish like say pink sprinkles not salt that came off of the side of a mountain the has a higher concentration of flavor! Our server, CJ was friendly and helpful and I would be happy if we ever had him again. THANKS RED ROBIN FOR ANOTHER WONDERFUL FAMILY MEAN WITH YOU!

Went with the family on Valentines. It was around 4pm. We were seated by the kitchen and told our server would be right with us. After 20 minutes of being ignored we left. The entire time we could see servers in thevery kitchen area texting on their cell phones and hear two of them argue about working on Tuesday. Several servers walked by us and just looked at us, nobody took an order. I even hit the call server button on the table top screen, and they just walked by and looked at the red light. We left and I notified the manager that we received no service at all. She followed us to our car trying to get us back in, but we went elsewhere. Worst service ever.

The food is good, but happy hour restricted to the bar area is very uncool. what if I want to have a drink at a regular table with friends that dont want to sit in the bar area? .... I pay a premium over what others are paying? why? does someone else own the bar area? this is insane. things like this are what make me think of going somewhere else. Truth be told, I would go somewhere else, but my wife really likes the fried chicken salad. If/when we do go back Ill drink water and they can lose the beverage sale.

I never got served so my 1 star rating is based on how good the food looked. I sat there for 15 minutes, watched the waitress walk by my table 3 times without even slowing down to ask me what I wanted to drink. I gave up when I watched 2 couples get seated at two different location and both couples placed their order long after I sat down. Like I said, food looked and smelled good and I hear the food is great, but they will never get my money after that experience.

Comparing this location to other Red Robin locations, this location has the worst service and the food preparation needs help. The servers are not attentive and this when the store is not busy, and every salad I have ever ordered is swimming in salad dressing. They dont know how to make a Red, White and Blue salad. I stopped going to this location, unless my family and friends want to go, and my vote where to eat is overridden.

Until they go back to large plates for the salads I am done! If you ask anyone who knows me, what is Ricks favorite restaurant? They would ding the jingle, "Red Robin!" But I have had my last straw stand and I am separating myself from this restaurant until I hear their plates are larger. Tired of leaving half of my food on a table I refuse to eat off.

Used to come here all the time always great food and great service but very disappointing this time the restaurant was barely half full the very long wait to be seated and a very long way to get food obviously short staffed when I talk to the manager about didnt really seem like he cared. So more than likely I will not be back

I tried the Pig out Tavern Double yesterday, it was disappointing to say the least. The burgers were as thin as a stack of 5 sheets of paper and I couldnt almost taste anything but the cheese. The burgers get smaller and thinner every time I go there. Service is always great but that wont keep me going back.

The best food and service in the area. I love going and always been asked if i want a free refill of my drink or a new plate of fires (those garlic fries are amazing). The manager was super nice and she freely fixed my friends order when it came missing something they asked for on the side.

When they say "kid friendly" they arent kidding. Went there an hour before closing to receive excellent service and great food... Also got to hear children making ear piercing screams for the entire night. Not Red Robins fault... Just made the environment less enjoyable.

Food was not great which I was fine with, but the restroom in this place is just down right disgusting. Informed the manager and ended up going back the week because my cousin likes there food and there was no change in the bathroom

I missed something the days when you could have a rare burger. We had the lunch special. The salad was excellent. The burger a bit dry, oh heck it was really dry. Service was good.

Horrible. From the customer service to the food. The restaurant was not busy, yet there were dirty dishes on half the tables and a lot of food on the floor. I will not be back.

The service is not that great at all sometime they dont even ask you is everything going well. Sometimes the food is not even hot. Ruby Tuesday is better
