I tried to order online several times before giving up and calling my order in, when calling I get an attitude from the female who answered and when I told her where I wanted to order from she said that the cutoff time for the restaurant was 5 minutes before I called. When I tell her I had been trying to order online for 30 minutes she sarcastically replies "and you waited 30 minutes to call..." then she puts me on hold with out saying so and answers again like we never spoke...finlly she takes my order from the restaurant that she originally said was unavailable..and continues to have an attitude. Luckily for the driver I wont associate the bad service when I tip them. Someone needs to tell them to practice better costumer service.

DONT NOT EVER USE THIS PLACE!!!! IF I COULD GIVE IT NO STARS IT WOULD BE TOO MANY STARS!!!!!! I placed an order for CHILIs at 6:40 exactly (based on my receipt) and our food did not arrive until 8:57!!!!! The driver said- Im sorry I was waiting at chilis for 40 minutes for your food- um, so PLEASE explain the other ONE HOUR and 37 minutes!!?!?!?!?! And please explain why my food is cold and stiff like its been sitting in these boxes for 2 hours?!?!?!?! At 8:39 I was told the driver will be at my house in 5 minutes---- he didnt get here until 18 minutes later. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Awful service. My order was extremely late (an hour after the delivery time given) and the food arrived cold. In the time Food Scooter took to deliver I could have dined out or picked up my own food, been home and started watching a movie. The driver was rude. I tipped anyway because gas is expensive, however she did not deserve it. Awful service. Never using again.

My food was to be delivered a while ago and after waiting over 1 hour and 25 minutes I called to cheb on my order. I was told the delivery driver had been at the restaurant for more than 40 minutes. The person on the phone trotted to BS me and I told them I did not believe they were being honest. I do not recommend this delivery service.

If I could give it 1/10th of a star I would! Dispatch flat out lied to me about status of my order. Delivery was 45 minutes beyond the 70 minutes she said it would take. Delivery driver was cool and honest. Food arrived as ordered but dishonest dispatcher has lost this customer.

I have used Food Scooter several times. After a long day of work its a great option. Ive only had one problem - I waited over 2 hours for subs to be delivered. But it wasnt Food Scooters fault. I called the restaurant directly and they told me they were backed up.

Never again will I use this place again after I went through what I went through last night with them it too 2hr and all I got was ihop and my eggs was cold and the rest of the food was geting cold they must of been driveing all that time next time i will go out

Food service quick, but the driver had no customer service. Refuse a tip because it was in coins (Lame). At end of day all money spend same way. Ps: He Didnt even speak when i came to door.
