Literally the worst one Ive ever been to. At first Id give them the benefit of doubt since they were just opening but no its been open a few months now so they should have things down pact by this point the employees dont act like the ones do at other chick fil a establishments. I used to joke with my friends and say "I love going to chick fil a because they treat you better than your own family" but not at this one they act like they always have an attitude I just went through the drive thru and the girl didnt even say my pleasure nor did she apologize for dropping my sauce. I order the a large #1 with a half&half (half tea/half lemonade) with no ice... My cup was packed with ice, my fries were not only burnt but also cold and not filled all the way. The only good part was my sandwich. I used to work at chick fil a when I was in high school so I know what the company expects of their employees and its not this. This is one of many bad experiences Ive had with this one. The should just close it and go without a chick fila here cuz it makes the others look bad. If I could give them zero stars I would

In my last 10 visits to this place, they have forgotten to put some part of my order 3 times. Today, I wasted my lunch hour trying to get a kale salad. Bought for a group of people, so I should have checked the bag when I left. Drove back to work and then back to CF. Once I informed them, I waited another ten minutes to get a salad. My main gripe is consistency and the sense of urgency to remedy the situation. Had to speak to 3 different people to get the salad. Overall, not a big thing in life, but was a downer in the context of my lunch break and this establishment.

This is my first time being here since it was built and its pretty disappointing that they dont honor Military Monday when so many other locations participate which is a great way for the community to show appreciation and as a service member, is truly appreciated. Bummer. Also, they didnt have any Chik-fil-a sauce which is the highlight of my waffle fries. Its been a super huge disappointment coming here. Its the little things that matter to me and theyve let me down. Probably wont come back out of spite because thats the person I am.

literally the WORST chick fil a in america! the wait time is always ridiculous, even if you are the only one there! we went there this morning and at 630 in the morning they didnt even have any chicken minis and said that they were out, with no apology or anything. the workers are never nice like the other chick fil as. I waited once in the drive thru line at 9 at night for FORTY minutes to get my French fry that was not even half way filled! I usually love chick fil a but after numerous chances I will not ever be back to this one.

Ok, wanted to try it here because I hear good things, we really didnt like it. Fries were under cooked, sandwich left a funny taste in my mouth. Kids liked it though. I gave a second star because Riley was a fantastic cashier. Ive been in the restaurant industry almost 20 years, keep this kid. Sweet, attentive, fun, was excited that we were new guests and helpful with the menu. Kudos on that hire. Didnt like the food but did love the service. The kid that was stocking the ketchup was smiley.

Super busy anytime you go to either of the locations in the Harrisburg region. The way they take your order, and get the food to the table is better than standing around and getting in the way, but not understanding their system made me a little nervous. The people are super, almost suspiciously friendly. Food is tasty and leaves other fast food joints in the dust. Worth the wait in line.. Four out of 5 stars because the layout of this particular store was tight, and didnt seem to flow well.

Worst Chick-fil-a I have been to. There was one person in front of us in line, and it took us 10 minutes to get to the register. Lady then proceeded to ask us to wait "5 minutes". Wth? There were 3 people that came up to the register while we were in line to return food. Place is understaffed and not trained well. Normally Chick-fil-A is on top of their game, NOT at this location. Corporate needs to step in.

No Chick-fil-A where we live, a staple when we travel for a quick bite. Food is always delicious but the staff here is very good. Patient and they dont hesitate to help with your choices. A guy ordered a lunch at 10am and was kindly advised they are only serving breakfast. The young employee then politely explained breakfast, even given his favorite. Very nice staff, clean, and delicious food.

Of course I could share how much I love Chick-fil-A, but who doesnt love Chick-fil-A? All Chick-fil-As Ive ever been to deserve a five star rating. However, I think this one goes beyond that. Their effort to get involved with their community is excellent. They are always doing different fundraisers for different things in the community, which just makes me want to support this store even more.

Crazy busy, but always efficient. Service is very good and food is of high quality consistently! Im amazed at the progressive measures used to make things flow efficiently, from table cleaners using a bucket that has a spot for wipes instead of the obnoxious spray bottles to garbage cans that automatically open and compost, to ketchup packs that can be used for dipping or squeezing! Very cool!

Shattering the myth that if you work in fast food you have to have a vacuous look in your eye, hair that obviously hasnt been washed in a week and a uniform that was last laundered in the Reagan presidency. The medical community should stop writing perceptions for anti depressants and just tell people to eat at chicl-fil-a 2 or 3 times a week. You cant help but catch happy when you are hear.

I love, love, love chicfila food and have been to them all over the country but, have never encountered one that was this slow! Its always a really long wait even if there are only a few people in line. The drive-thru is super slow too. I hope they can figure out what every other chicfila is doing that they arent soon because I love their food but, dont have the time to wait so long.

Im not one to leave reviews, but I felt like I just had to share my experiences with this restaurant. Staff is super welcoming and friendly. Customer service is on point I cant stress that enough. And the food is just amazing and always fresh and I have never had a problem here. I would rather spend more money to come here before Ill go to any other fast food restaurant in the area.

Service was good, food was also good. Wait time was pretty miserable. This place is still insanely busy. Waited sell over 30 minutes in drive thru. Live inside went out the door and down the walkway. Probably wont be back for a while. Hopefully in a few more months things will calm down or they will find a better system.
