Went in last sunday around 9pm with only 3 people(including myself) in line the staff was horribly slow & unfocused. They messed up and sloppily prepared my food. The staff had an attitude with me instead of having them start over I accepted it to defuse the situation. They also got my order mixed up with the other girls in front of me and almost gave mine away. I dont know how 3 people in line could get you so confused. Checked out and the cashier didnt even give eye-contact or state something of the sort Have a nice day. Ended up throwing more than half of it away because it was disgusting. If you dont want to deal with customers directly DO NOT work in customer service!

As a store manager I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO EVEN SAY I RAN THIS PLACE.. I PAID 26.76 FOR ME AND MY WIFE TO EAT AT A PLAVE WE LOVE. PLACE WAS DIRTY EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER HAD AN ATTITUDE. WOULD NOT MAKE OUR FOOD THEY WAY WE WANTED. BARELY PUT LETTUCE HAD TO GO BACK FOR MORE.. MEAT WAS SO DRY I ALMOSY CHOKED.. WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN.. GET IT TOGETHER THIS PLACE IS TO EXPENSIVE FOR YOU TO BE MESSING UP OUT ORDERS.. I HOPE I GET A RESPONSE CAUSE IM ALSO CALLING INTO CORP OFFICE .. p.s YALL DIDNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR

Chiptole is the perfect blend of arts and crafts. I was a bit offended by the bring your own crayon policy but they made up for it with endless breadsticks. I asked the manager jaythan about the fish platter and he gently rubbed my back and told me "it was going to be alright." When he discovered how aroused i was he flicked my nipple and sent me on my way with a coupon for 50% off my next burrito. Excellent restraunt. Excellent coloring and if jaythan is reading this call me!!!

This place has won my heart. I go here just about everyday and I will continue to do so. However; The staff here act like a bunch of A** holes. I always ask them for extra cheese because they act like cheese Nazis and they have the nerve to get mad. One time I even told them to charge me extra for it, they then had the nerve to act like they were giving me a warning. Anyways, I dont like the staff but I love the food, so I will continue to go here.

This place was not good today, Sunday 7/30. Apparently they ran out if several items, and there was a long line waiting. Chicken was an item that many people were waiting on, and once it was ready it was ice cold. I was almost scared to eat my food because of the confusion. Was worried it wasnt prepared properly. No peppers and onions either. Where is the manager in here to make sure things are being done correctly??

The food is good. I love the spicy salsa, even though it usually doesnt sit well. Im a big fan of the "sofritas" tofu which is surprisingly good and doesnt taste at all like most tofu Ive had. There is almost always a line here. Call ahead, but be prepared as there is only one register. The people in line are usually skeptical to let you go to the register, thinking youre trying to cut in front of them.

This is pretty much a typical Chipotle that has great tasting food. My only complaint is that the chicken is consistently overcooked. Ive been there several times and my girlfriend usually cant eat the chicken because of how overcooked it is. I dont think the taste of the overcooked chicken is that bad honestly, but definitely not the best Chipotle chicken Ive had. Staff seem nice, quick and friendly.

Three months ago this Chipotle was at the effect of some aweful publicity about sanitation of some Chipotle stores in California and the depression showed up here in the attitude. But what a difference three months makes! This place has MO (momentum). The employees are crushing it and for being as fast as it is one cant help but give this venue 5 stars for healthy stuff.

We ordered using the Chipotle app and got to the restaurant a little before our food was supposed to be ready. Not only did they make our food by the time the app said it was supposed to be ready, they gave us free drinks for having to wait the two minutes it took to make our order. Super nice cashier.

I ordered a steak burrito with guacamole. It was ok. It was very expensive for what I got. And I did not like that it was $2.50 extra for the guacamole. No one said that would be an added cost. No prices were on the boards to see so you had no idea what your total would be until you are being rung up.

I love Chipotle. But while standing in a very long line at lunch I witnessed more than a dozen potential customers evaluate the line and move on. I submit that additional help at the register and front line would pay for itself with additional customers and happier current customers.

This is my first time here. Stopped in spontaneously when i saw the sign off the highway. The place is dark and dingy looking. Half the food was empty or near empty. Many of tables were dirty. Everyone seemed stressed and uninterested. Not my favorite Chipotle by far.

This place has THE best burritos. Best ingredients of any place around. Not really (traditional) Mexican food, more southwest than anything but everything is delicious! Fun atmosphere, great staff, and a ton of food for 6 bucks. Definitely recommend!

Chipolte is always great in my opinion, consistent, fresh, good value and eager to fix problems! Colonial commens location has always been my favorite despite being out of our way. Usually very busy, but moves quickly.

Its Chipotle. The food is good, and the staff is ok. The lines here get long quick, so I recommend using the app to place your order in advance, especially at lunchtime.
