My husband, son who is 3yo & I had dinner there. Ambiance nice. Food ok...filet mignon was a bit overcooked & crab cake had been fried...I like mine broiled or baked. Waitress was very pleasant. Visit was going well until an uppity older woman came in demanding to be seated at a table on the other side of the room where the sun wasnt shining in through the window. The waitress who tends to that particular table wasnt in yet so the lady who seats ppl told her she could either wait a half hour for that waitress to come in for that table or be seated at the table directly behind the one where I was sitting. So her & her friends took the table behind me & asked the lady who seats ppl to pull the shade down. I asked why would they pull both shades down & she told me if you pull one shade you have to pull the other. Needless to say i felt it was rude of the lady who seats ppl to do that before asking my family was it ok with us beforehand since we were there first...enjoying the sun until uppity vampire woman walks in. There were different ways that whole situation could of been handled & it wasnt handled right. My family spends alot of money eating @ various restaurants & we expect to be treated fairly. This is the first time weve ever experienced something like this. We made a complaint with the manager about what happened & he offered his apologies but that didnt make me feel any better. So I will not be returning to this location. Learn how to treat your customers...shame on you Bonefish Grill of Towson :(

My family and I came to have dinner the day after Christmas. It didnt seem particularly busy. The food as always was very good. Our server wasnt terrible but we went without water glasses for several minutes and we had to request silverware twice (once after our appetizers arrived). Our first round of drinks took 30 minutes and was served after the salads. We were told several times that the bar was overwhelmed. To our servers credit she apologized several times however, never once did I see the manager one the floor talking to tables or to us. To make things worse after we ordered our second round of drinks one of them came 15 minutes later and the other was taking longer due to running out of clean martini glasses. It was Martini Monday...how do you run out of clean martini glasses on Martini Monday? In all my years of working in the restaurant industry I cannot fathom having the bar so overwhelmed and have not been approached by the manager. The last martini was taken off the bill however the bar service left much to be desired.

It was my 21st birthday and my sister and I went here for somewhere nice to celebrate that wouldnt also be too noisy or crowded. Maybe it was because we got there two hours before it closed but we were seated as soon as we stepped in and immediately started receiving service. Everyone--the employees I mean because it was pretty quiet--was super nice, not even just polite, but very personable and talkative without being disruptive. The food was amazing and it really fills you up. I really liked how we didnt feel rushed to eat and get out like you do sometimes in other places. I thought it was especially nice since they were closing soon. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the decor was gorgeous! You feel special just by stepping through the revolving door lol It is a little pricey but oh wow is it SO worth it.

I had an amazing experience here. The wait staff were very personable, and non robotic. They were such a pleasure to be around. James, Jake, and Carly made me feel like I wasnt a burden and that they actually enjoyed doing what they do. Not to mention making us laugh. There is a one page menu which has its pros and cons. There didnt seem to be many options. I also dont prefer to purchase Tilapia at a place like this, I feel like thats such a common house recipe fish. So many people in our party ordered the Bang Bang shrimp. Apparently it was "banging", its a $10 appetizer (probably to share) so i didnt order it for myself. I would recommend going here, the food was good, a very nice low lit atmosphere, and the staff was a pleasure.

I dont really have much of an issue other than I made a reservation for 7 and literally sat down exactly at 8...if you cant accommodate my reservation within a reasonable grace period, you should not have allowed me to make a reservation. The point of a reservation is to reduce my wait time....I waited as if I hadnt made a reservaton. What should have happened - put a reserved sign on your tables that you have open within 10 minutes of a reservation time that way you can ensure proper handling of my reservation. There are several things that could be done, the way it was handled today is unacceptable. UPDATE - Situation remedied by the fabulous service from our server, Jasmine. THANK YOU

I, felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Was seated immediately & before I could ask, Jacob G. (Server with a great attitude) was by my table with a chilled container of water. It was my first time there & hed made the experience easy, by checking on my needs. The manager Chris even told the time to greet each table. The food was excellent. I, had the Bang Bang Shrimp, to start. The Tilapia imperial with garlic potatoes & fried rice topped with crab meat & finished the meal with Jens Jamaican Rum Coconut pie freah whipped cream. Ha. The bread & pesto olive oil was great too. I wanted something good & got something great. I will be back.

This is the 3rd time I have eaten here in the last 3 months and each time has been a bit of a disaster. We waited 25 minutes for a bottle of beer on Friday night and the restaurant was only half full. We ordered a steak, medium well that came out VERY RARE (this was the same experience we had on our first visit). We asked for an additional order of bread so we could relax and enjoy our appetizer, bread and drinks before ordering dinner, but the bread took the same route as the 25 minute beer. I dont think I will be giving this another try, there are too many other good restaurants I can count on in the Towson area.

I had a wonderful time with my husband on date night at Bonefish Grill on a Wednesday night. We shared the Bang Bang Shrimp, and it was the best we ever had. I also had your Florida Cobb Salad, which was very good. This was our second time there and we were satisfied once again. Thank you Bonefish Grill for your great service and your food.
