I will NEVER go to this qdoba again!!! I had the worst service ever today and this is not the 1st time I went there and had bad service but I thought it was just a bad day so I thought I would try again. The 2nd time I went the service was better and the manger even gave me a drink on the house.... BUT this time I thought I was going to lose it they were so rude! I went there and order 2 quesadillas. I asked for extra chicken on both and the girl who was making them grabbed a tray that was used for another order.....it was full of cheese and other stuff....I was beyond surprised. She started to make the order and when she went to put the quesadilla on the grill all I saw was a bunch of chicken & cheese go sliding off. I was upset because I paid extra money for chicken and she was allowing majority of it to fall out the quesadilla and she didnt place it on the grill she threw it on the grill allowing all the meat to fall out. Is it too much to ask for good customer service and to treat people how you would want to be treated!?

Hello, I wanted to write a note regarding the Columbia Store, #379, located at 6476 Dobbin Center Way, #800. There are specific workers there that have been extrememly professional and friendly. They are always so sweet, energetic and give us such an awesome expereince every time we go there! I think we tried Qdoba for the 1st time about a month ago and have been going back every week for the special Tuesday deal. The mangager and workers, wonderful team! I really appreciate their hard work and kindness, there needs to be more people like them in this world. I hope they can get some sort of recognition or token from upper management for their excellence in customer service. Their names, not sure if this is there 1st or last names? Who doesnt love Qdoba? Yum! Chipotle used to me my go-to, but Qdoba won me over with their queso. Last time I was there I went to order chips and Queso and was presently surprised to find out that for $5 I could get an order of chips and a whole queso sampler! And those 3 cups of queso are large! The sampler includes the original 3-cheese queso, a queso verde, and a buffalo bacon queso (amazing!). They couldnt have made this pregnant lady happier if they tried! You can even get any order from Qdoba smothered in queso, if you are so inclined!

I love Qdoba, but this location could use a litte bit more employee training. Dont get me wrong, there are clearly people there that are well-trained here, but theyre not stepping in and helping others when they need it. People on the makeline should not have trouble understanding your order because of a language barrier or because they dont understand the workflow. This review was gauged across several visits and I experienced the same type of service each time. EDIT: snazzy myspace photo there!

since they are trying to be like chipolte,the food doesnt have that mexican taste. The first time my family went on vip day (empoyess family day) I have to say our stomache hurt for 2 days after.Also note that if you work there because maryland is a at will state,they will fire you for whatever reason they want!!! COME ON QUOBA stop using our teens! then fire them that is bad for their self esteem!! WOW..

Two locations within a half-mile of each other but I usually call my order in here because it is usually less crowded. The parking situation is a little weird (probably why its less crowded). There arent many spaces and its kind of awkward getting into the lot, so if it IS busy, that could be problematic

Great food, but the breakfast burritos have to be my favorite. Eggs, potatoes, chorizo, queso sauce, hot salsa, and a bit of cheese and you cant go wrong (build your own style). Also, if you happen to go later in the morning you can get beans instead of potatoes if thats your cup of tea... Enjoy!

I come to this Qdoba very often and Ive always had a good experience here. It is popular for lunch and dinner. The service here is great and food is always hot! Come here for breakfast burritos--coffee comes free! Coming on student/teacher night will also land you big discounts on entrees!

Refused to put anything I wanted on my Quesadilla besides cheese and chicken :(. But its SO GOOD with a bit of queso and ranch inside! And I only get 85 loyalty points instead of 100?? I guess Ill have to stick with the Doba back home where I actually feel LOVED.

This place is super friendly and nice. I always get a warm welcome when I visit. The food tastes good and they always give me absolutely everything that ask for. I usually eat there every week and the food always taste great.

Better than Chipotle. The quac is free here, there is a lot more seating, and the wait is always shorter. the only downside is that the parking lot is small and shared by a lot of other places.

Nice place to go eat and chat at. Not too expensive, and its pretty clean. It gets a little busy during lunch hours, but not to the point where you want to leave and go somewhere else.

Usually decent parking. Can get crowded, but the line moves quickly. Food is great - try something ither than a burrito or bowl - the tacos are a great choice and are inexpensive.
