I ordered nachos and they asked if I wanted the chips on the side, I said sure, then it wont get soggy. I asked for no cheese because I am lactose intolerant. The cashier told me I was not allowed to order nachos without cheese despite that being a choice when ordering online, and accused me of trying to cheat the system and get "a bowl with free chips". She told me she had to ask her manager, who apparently said it was OK, and she said "I had to ask" so I said "I understand" and she said "No you dont understand!". I complained on the receipt survey and said I was only available in the evening, so they called me in the morning at work, I said to call back later and they never did. Chipotle is going to start selling nachos, and they wont accuse you of trying to cheat the system and get "free chips".

Qdoba, as a franchise, has amazing food. This individual location also has very good food. But the workers are very hard to order from. The people occasionally mess up on orders and the manager(or who i think is) always has a stick stuck up his.... They are very stingy and give extra things very reluctantly. Its a pain just asking for extra salsa. I love Qdoba so much, but going to this specific location is annoying.

Clean place and quick easy food. The staff needs to be trained well in customer service. I didnt know how to order the food and they didnt help me at all. We were confused with the process. The people behind the counter just didnt care. We would have ordered more but it was too much confusion. They needed to make the process understood. Nice decor and food but service is a big let down.

I had never tried Qdoba before, being a Chipotle fan myself. But this was the closest Mexican place to my work, so I went, and I think Im converted! Free guacamole on my burrito, no extra charge! I always order online and go pick up, and theyre good about having it ready for me when they say they will and make it quick and easy.

Complaining about "damn kids" making a mess at a table, and using explicit language in front of guests, more specifically my 6 year old son is not very professional. Furthermore, it appears the employee of subject may be a shift Manager as theyre in a different color shirt than other staff. Unprofessional and unnecessary.

The parking lot is a pain. Watch out, even when its not a rush period. Service is disorderly, occasionally unfriendly when I come here at a lunch rush. The restaurant is clean though, and the food is good. Hopefully they will improve; rumor has it a Chipotle will be opening up nearby shortly.

One of my fave fast food places. Food at this location was fresh. Not hot but good. Service was excellent. Seating area was clean. Sweet tea was GREAT dont find that many places in Maryland! Im a southern girl... Location was a little tricky and quick to spot. Ill be back!

My family have been going here for years. It consistently has good service and the food has always been good. I cant remember ever having an issue with the food or service. The employees are also usually happy and in a good mood, which speaks well of the management there.

Worst Qdoba Ive been to. They are very light on anything you ask for. Barely any rice, meat, etc. The Qdoba in Towson is 100 times better. They need to train their employees to be more generous with the portions, they all seemed nervous. Should of went to Chipotle...

This was my first time at QDOBA. My girlfriend and I arrived right before there was a long line. I was pleased with the freshness of the ingredients, the pleasant staff, and the cleanliness of the facility. Will visit again!

We eat here a lot and I love the food. They have the cool coke machine with a million ( a lot) drink combinations. I am always in & out fast. The service and food portions are a hit or miss depending on whos is working.

The biggest issue they have is the restroom situation. Its a fast food locations and it is a long line to use it. Fast and hot. Accept credit cards. I recommend visiting during non busy times to get better service.

Service was rushed and terrible. Food sizes were ridiculously small. Price was extremely high. Drink selection was non existent. Its a knock off Chipotle with half the food at twice the price. Just dont go here.

Great location, only complaint was that one time I went there they gave me a cold, hard tortilla for a burrito and the meat didnt seem too warm. By the time I figured it out, I was already home (pick up order).
