I keep trying to find a reason to like Sonic, but I just cant. Came on a Thursday evening, place was completely empty. I walked in behind 3 women. Were all standing there waiting to order, no cashier in sight. Finally some guy pokes his head out from behind "do you need to order?". Does he think were all there looking for Pokemon? The ordering process was painful, all I wanted was a combo. He had no clue what he was doing. The burger was ok, but the bun felt like it came straight from the fridge, and the fries - which they gave me the wrong size - were cold. Not bad for 10 bucks...wait, yes it is. I think Im giving up on this place. Everyone else has.

Figured I would give the place a shot and try a shake since they continually boast the greatness of their milkshakes. Ordered a cookies and cream shake. After eating a bit of it (rather bland) I didnt find any "cookies." I stirred the shake and discovered there wasnt a single crumb. I brought it to the counter and told the gal she must have forgotten the cookies. Sounds logical, right? Nope. They use cookies and cream FLAVORING. You read it right. Flavoring instead of cookies for a cookies and cream milkshake from a milkshake joint. One star was the lowest Google would let me rank it.

They dont even have theyre hours listed correctly. Have tried their food twice and will never go back. The chicken I got was wafer thin, dry and tasteless. The fries were cold. The burgers were lackluster and the order was wrong. We asked for no onions or pickles and got both. The print on the menu sign is too small and difficult to read. One last thing. The sign on York Rd is way too bright and unreadable.

I come to Sonic when I am in this area. The staff is always friendly and I get service pretty quickly. This Sonic actually have a inside where you can sit down and enjoy your food. This is different from some other locations where they just have the drive thru and nothing else. I would recommend this location to anyone who lives in or visiting the area.

Service is a tad slow and the food is a bit expensive for "fast food". The lot is convenient after kids games and activities and their evening specials help with the cost. Kids love it! I havent tried the service where an employee roller skates out to your car as you wait, as it seems a bit forced for nostalgia, and not really logical.

Lets be honest, Sonic is a fast food chain and so its never going to be gourmet. I come here mostly for the tots and ice cream which are both pretty good. The service is inconsistent and sometimes they no longer carry things on their menu, but all in all, its a decent place for fast food with nonstandard options.

Mostly what youd expect from a Sonic - delicious drinks, okay food. This location has indoor seating. Generally good service, although can be slow from time to time. Overall, a good stop for a cold drink in the summertime (or anytime, especially happy hour!).

Ive been here twice to get milkshakes. Both times the service was extremely slow and rude. The milkshakes were even blended which is surprising because it took so long to receive. Id much rather drive to the one thats further than return to this one.

It was easy to order and pay at the drive in spot. The food was hot and came out quickly. The staff member who delivered the food to the car was apologetic about the wait time that wasnt even an issue for me. Id definitely come back here again.

Food was excellent, and the service was fantastic! Tipped the server $5 because of how friendly he was. This is one of the best fast food restaurants in the area and the addition of the indoor dining area makes it accessible year round!

The milkshakes are thick and creamy. The food is basic American fast food fair but the drinks and shakes are what you really go for! Also the people are awesome and friendly and bring food out to your car like an old drive in.

I will never come back to this sonic again. Tonight I had a hot dog and my bun had GREEN MOLD on it. Absolutely disgusting. If there is mold on buns they serve, you can only imagine what the back of that kitchen looks like.

Nothing special. Seems like the girls working had an attitude. Ice cream was 1/2 melted. Ellicott city location is way better. The inside was kinda clean. Bathrooms were so so.
