Normally I dont have any issues here, but today I received a coupon via text (which I have used these coupons before at this location without any problems) and went in to use it. It was for a 6-inch sub AND chips for $4. I ended up adding bacon on it, so I was aware of the additional .75 fee. When I get to check out, it took 3 people to look at my coupon to finally approve it and enter it into the system. When it rang up $6.20, I knew they werent factoring in the coupon. So I inquired and the guy told me that it was $4 for the sub, $1.10 for the chips, .75 for the bacon, plus tax. After I told him numerous times it was $4 for BOTH the sub and chips, he still told me that I was wrong. I showed him the coupon twice more that stated this, but he still said no. I added it all up on my phone calculator $4 for sub/chips, .75 bacon, plus tax = $5.03, not $6.20. He still insisted that I had to pay for the chips, but held firm and he finally rang it for the $5.03 and said "Fine, I give you chips for free"....I dont think he even understood the coupon since he didnt speak English well and the other two employees wouldnt help. Even though it was over $1.17. its still the fact that he told me that I was wrong. If you arent going to honor the coupon, then tell me so!

Fast and accurate service. Vegetables are always fresh. Bread is always ready. The shop is in a gas station convenience store, so that may turn off some folks. However, I like that its in the convenience store because it allows me to supplement my Subway food with other chips and beverages and beers.
