Im give this DQ only two stars because the blizzard was actually decent. The menu prices are way over priced, I paid $10 just for two SMALL butterfinger blizzards with pineapple, a little dramatic. I pull up to the window and was offered tops and a drink carrier. Only needed tops, however; one of the female workers working the register started gossiping at the window about me. When I asked for the other female coworker who was working the window to fix my tops since she clearly didnt put them on all the way and ice cream was overflowing the SMALL cup, I was given an attitude. Then she doesnt even fix the top correctly for the second time nor offers a new cup or anything. So I just asked for napkins to clean up the mess and was handed three thin napkins and the worker shut the window on me before I could ask for more. I didnt appreciate the attitude and lack of respect. Unfortunately the DQ on victory crossing is closed and I had to deal with this branch. Wish I would have gotten names to call the store manager.

Went in to eat icecream with my kids. The guy brings me an icecream cone that looks like someone chewed on the sides. And the icecream was thin on the cone like they never put icecream on the cone. I tell the kid thats not presentable and looks horrible and asked would you eat that? He said no and said he would go back to fix it. He comes back with the same cone and used a finger to wipe the side of it!!! I asked to speak to a manager, there was none available at the front. I tell them i want my money back and the manager was not even sorry, she was borderline rude!!! I wont be going back here again. Sad customer service is a thing of the past!!!

Im sad to say that I wont get Buster Bars from here anymore. Compared to the one I used to live near in Norfolk the Buster Bars are smaller and had almost no fudge. I love my Buster Bars and we havent had any other issues here but the Buster Bars are pathetic and thats me keeping it nice. Extremely sucky.

Really just a great place to eat. Their was a black girl who was our cashier last time who was just fantastic! I wish I knew her name, because she needs to be promoted. She had a pony tail if that helps and it was late in the evening. She was also cleaning up the dining room while we ate.

My frozen vanilla moolatte had chunks of ice and cup had small hole which leaked every where :/ Drove 22 minutes just to go to DQ. Not sure if Ill come back.
