Im using only drive thru. Never been inside . But ... drive thru staff is not friendly at all. Never smiling back . Kind of rude when you ask about extra sauce or napkin ( because its typically 1-2 tiny napkins in the bag). But the main thing is mice . They are real running around. A couple days ago I stopped by there and a small mouse came from the dumpster area and started playing around my car. It was funny for a bit . But it was incredibly long. Its not a joke because this is food place. And she was very close to the door to get in. By the way, she is not afraid of people and cars at all. Maybe because of their being with people and lot?!... who knows... Dont recommend this place!

Fast food. NO After I ordered which was a 4 minutes wait with only 1 person at the counter in front of me. I asked for no salt fries with my meal. The register operator called it out yet it took 7 minutes after I watched them dump fresh fries only 2 minutes after my order. After waiting for the fries, I had to wait an additional 3 minutes for a chocolate shake that I ordered 10 minutes ago. Very haphazard operation. Manager was on the line for most of the time, while I was in the restaurant.

One of my two favorite Burger Kings, because Ive had a lot of really nice experiences where a pickle drops down my shirt or some other messy catastrophe happens, but the staff swoops in to save the day with napkins. Ive got a few nice people in mind when I think of the place, and thats more than I can say about a lot of places that server fast food from a chain.

Drive-Thru service could use some work. Had a customer before me told to pull up. I was trapped and the young lady at the window proceeded to give me directions on squeezing around... rather than service or ask the previous customer to move up. So polite buy lacking on professionalism. As for the quality of food...good besides my nuggets (see photo)

The food is always fresh, the staff is very friendly, when I want to substitute onion rings for French fries they accommodate, and when I want my onion rings made well done, they again are very accommodating. In fact they even know me when I come in.

I usually experience good customer service here. The employees are always working to provide the best possible experience its quiet and clean. I come from Columbia to here with my two year old to have breakfast because of the service i receive here.

any fast food on route 40 is always an experience. this BK was ok at 1pm, took awhile for 3 burgers. roof leaking like crazy. but the customers are... it gets crazy in here. go to the drive thru

Really good location but the drive through is an odd angle. Usually either empty or overflowing so I recommend you try to go when its empty.

Drive thru is usually pretty efficient. Sometimes a long wait for food inside but its almost always fresh and accurate. Weird parking lot.
