Why would anyone give a Chick-Fila 1 star? I get it just opened so you need to expect that it will be more on the slower side for a bit until everyone is up to speed. I had a great experience and if I were the owner I wouldnt be too concerned about the low rating by certain individuals... its a Chick-Fil-A and people will never stop coming. Just look every single time you pass by one! There is a line in the drive-thru 20 cars deep nearly all day! There are about to open a fourth one all within 5 miles of each other.

Chick-Fil-A has always been my primary choose for fast food. The service and food are always great no matter where I go. That is until the MarketPlace Franchise opened. This Chick-Fil-A still needs to get the flaws out of its operation. The service is slow as seen by myself and family members. My Chick-Fil-A sandwich was overly microwaved or something. Generally speaking Chick-Fil-A is a really great company and the only fast food place I will eat at. This particular store has room for improvement.

This is the worst Chick Fil - A I ever been too, I was in line for 30 minutes while the other side was going before me, nobody came on the intercom to speak to me or anything. Also when I got my Chicken Tenders they were COLD!!!!! Also the staff attitude is horrible. I will stick to the Chick fil - A by the baysox stadium. This is horrible....

Its obvious this place JUST open and needs additional training. Where do I start? First time I visit this restaurant they gave me the wrong order. The 2nd time my 2 year old got food poisoning from eating their chicken strip kid meal. I reported it the the store manager, however, Ill never come here again.

I placed a mobile order and it was ready very quickly! They were very attentive and got everything right! The app allows you to customize your order a lot more than you normally can in the store, and it was a wonderful experience!

The staff were quick, efficient, and polite. My friend and I ordered milkshakes and they were done perfectly. The restaurant was clean with the table tops regularly wiped down. It was great!
