I stopped at the Padonia Road Bob Evans at about noon on February 18, 2013. First I entered the rest room, but found the stench and general filth to be more than I could tolerate. I need to use the “accessible” facilities. The toilet seat and floor were both wet and dirty. I looked to find paper toweling so that I could do enough cleaning to make the toilet useable; the paper towel dispensers were empty. In the dining area, I asked a server to inform the manager of the deplorable conditions. Then I sat at the counter and placed a quick meal order. About five minutes later, the manager appeared, and stated that she understood that I wanted to see her. I described the rest room. She walked away without responding! I proceeded to eat the meal. The service was excellent, and the food was okay. I did wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen. When I had paid my bill and tip, I re-entered the rest room. Conditions were worse! I have not seen a gas station with shoddier standards. Before I left, I went back to the manager and told her that I would be informing the county health people.

I did not have a good experience here. All the staff looked miserable. I asked for a mocha - the machine was down, which is fine, I understand. So I asked for hot tea with lemon instead. The water was lukewarm, like it had been heated in the mug in a microwave for too short of a time. The lemon was the smallest Ive ever seen and was dried up. I tried to order a country biscuit without sausage (Im vegetarian) and was told I couldnt because it was pre-mixed, which I know isnt true, Ive ordered it at other locations.. whatever, I ordered the farmers breakfast. When myself and my fiance got our food, it was lukewarm like it had been sitting out for a long time. The whole time we were eating the server just acted like they were trying to get us out the door (they werent even busy) and had the check in their hand before we got 3 bites into our food. Oh, and there was an eyelash or something cooked into my egg. I wont be coming here again. Ill stick to the Bob Evans in my hometown, Lavale, which is always great.

Normally, I am very forgiving to people in the food service industry, but this time was by far the worst time I have ever had between the walls of a Bob Evans. The one by the Airport is actually quite good, but today was incredibly dismal. Not only were we restricted to a fixed menu due to the holiday, but they were out of many of the items on the already limited menu. There were no real bread choices. My waitress was incapable of remembering a five person order that was no more complex than a flow chart. Maybe this place is just cursed because it resides above a formal burial ground, but I have had good experiences at this location before. But this time the food was neigh-inedible, much worse than mediocre to lukewarm. I could only stomach 1/3rd of my meal. I was charged extra for the only pie selection they had, a fact my waitress failed to inform me. This was so bad though I had to comment and review.

Why is it that it seems like every breakfast chain in this state sucks?! One decent local diner in Hunt Valley but this place is no exception to the rule. The cooks are what screws this place. Waitresses waiting on wrong or miscooked food that comes out FAR TOO SLOW. Hurts their tips and the repeat business. Home fries didnt even look like they touched a heat source, eggs cooked well (Take some notes IHOP), french toast decent, "extra crispy" hashbrowns would have enjoyed just being regularly "crispy" instead of the halfcooked mess I received and the sausage.......... the sausage looked like it had sat under every heat lamp on the east coast for a month and tasted as one may imagine. For a farmers breakfast for 2 with drinks at $25 + tip... go somewhere else.

Worst service EVER. Nobody come to serve us and nobody has idea who should be responsible for our table. We literally need to make our request to different person walking by for our food , drink refill , box and check ! Although they claimed that they didnt have enough people to serve that evening but we still happened to see many of their waiter/waitress talked and laughed outside when we left the restaurant. Manager come to apologize and offer free meal after we are getting furious about their "service", while we accept her apology , our happy night was already been ruined .

I didnt believe the first review of this particular Bob Evans until I decided to stop by for lunch. I wish I could have tasted the food, but after 3 - 5 minutes waiting to be seated I left. Several of the waitresses made eye contact with me and one even looked directly at me, but still no service. I guess Bob Evans doesnt need the money. So Im here at the Chilis across the street and I was greeted and seated within a minute. Now that is service!

Went there few time the service is next to nothing with uncooked food. I got breakfast one egg was cooked so much more than the other greasy home fries the sausage patty on side was burn the other side uncooked. One time they had special on steak I wanted to try they served the stack and was barely brown totally uncooked. One time I try a fish special they served the fish still frozen inside .in a word no management no quality control.

Our server Mary was outstanding! I had the Black Angus chopped steak. Simply delicious. My wife had the turkey dinner and thoroughly enjoyed it with the gravy on the side. Just be careful, the three course dinners have a very large fresh salad as part of the dinner. A definitely positive experience, thanks to the manager. Charlie & Gail

I havent been to this restaurant in a couple of years . Today I arrived at lunch time and ordered breakfast. Seated immediately Basted eggs, cooked perfectly Biscuits soft and fluffy Turkey sausage was okay Coffee o.k Restroom, immaculate Service was good Requested more biscuits to take home and they were given to me free.

Good place to visit. Food is up to par with Bob Evans ID you have ever visited here. Prices are standard for this type of venue. One biggest problem was with he staff. They were not that busy in appearance but we waited 45 minutes for our breakfast meals to be delivered for us. No explanation or apology on taking so long.

Food is good, but kitchen always seems slow. Service can be hit or miss. Please bring plain cream with coffee or put plain creamers on table with flavored creamers. Three times I had a long wait for cream and coffee was cool by the time I got it. My son likes the burgers.

The gravy was waaaaayyy too salty. The customer service was ok. I think our server was new because she was unable to answer some questions that we had about some items on the menu. This was my second time eating there and I still wasnt impressed.

Very rude! I tried to do a takeout order and lady on the end did not know their menu. She tried to charge for two separate items and got really nasty with me when I tried to tell her. Needless to say I did not place an order that night.
