Because today is Mothers Day, my friends and I decided to arrive at the restaurant by 4.15 today and could see the restaurant was pretty busy. To cut a very long story short, by 6.20 there was no sign of our food and our poor waitress was very embarassed having to tell us our food was on its way. I do not believe any food is that good to have to wait over 2 hours for. Finally as we were leaving the restaurant we were told our food was being served. We requested to have the food boxed to go, and we were offered a 15% discount (whoo-hoo), but at no time was there any sign of management to apologize to us for a very unpleasant experience. I will certainly tell all my friends to stay away from the Rivers Edge Restaurant. AR

Food was actually REALLY good. SLOW service. Food was a little cold. They never cleared any tables around us for the entire time we were there. Never received refills for our drinks until halfway thru the meal. Waitress checked on us only one time. Food took forever to come out. Bathrooms were kind of gross. Had to get up and find our waitress to ask for our check because she never came back. She seemed to be manning the bar and our tables as well. Maybe they were understaffed that day? We will possibly try this place again since the food was great, assuming they were having an "off" day.

One of the worst restaraunts I have been too. Waittresses walking around as clueless a dog. Mine checked on my table three times in an hour. Food took an hour to get to us. An hour for a medium rare steak when I wanted a medium well one. Think a few extra minutes wouldnt have hurted. I had waited long enough. Asked to speak to the manager and like a cowardly dog he wouldnt even come out and face my wrath. Very sad!

Got filet and crab cake not good and cold when it came out. Husband got flounder stuffed with crab imperial, cold! Had to send my steak back because it was raw inside. THIS meal cost us $56.00. Unbelievable! On a Friday night youd think it would have more people in there. Three tables. Nope, this was the last time.. sorry!!! Food isnt good at all.

Herd this place was good. sat down after a group came in with no reservations, we had them, took 1 and 1/2 hours to get our entrees 40 minutes after the group with no reservations got theres and they ate and left before we got ours. Food was great besides the crab cake...alot of shell.

We have ALWAYS had great service here! Crab Imperial is fantastic! REALLY nothing was bad off the menu! We make this our special days out ,and we always get great service there! The staff was wonderful, we can not say enough about their food and their great service!
