I do not live in Pennsylvania but I was visiting for car show last month. KFC was the first place I saw and stopped for some chicken. The person who took care of me was extremely helpful I believe his name was dekiha. I loved the service. I went home and just came back this previous weekend for Chrysler car show.. course I wanted some more kfc. It was very busy but the manager ( not the same person I had last time ) was very disrespectful. I was hoping to see dekiha again but sadly I got attitude from what I believe was the store manager. Not a way to welcome a customer into your resturant buddy. Every time I come to carlisle for car show I want to see dekiha not a rude f****** store manager. Horrible customer service sir. Also the cashier did not seem to want to take peoples orders. Management needs improvement Thanks for the good chicken though! - Roger

After a long day of traveling, we pulled into the drive-through, ordered our meals, and proceeded to the pick-up window. Initially they had omitted one side item (coleslaw) on both orders and added them when we challenged them. We then drove a couple more miles to our motel for the night. Upon reaching the motel and opening the boxes, we discovered that we were missing one piece of white meat from one of the meals and there werent any eating utensils or napkins included. Needless to say, it isnt very practical to eat mashed potatoes and gravy or coleslaw with your fingers. Add to that the missing piece of chicken and no napkins, were werent happy customers. Its safe to say that well never stop there again.

Visited a first and LAST time! Filthiest restaurant I have ever seen! Visible Crumbs, food residue on counters, on floor, cleaning bottles knocked over laying in floor, broken glass/plastic window of food holder, food holder windows have not been cleaned in what looks like weeks! Entry door were just as dirty. Office was a dirty disorganized mess, visible from the counter, service was mediocre at best. Young guys 16-20, shaggy group, funky hair dye job, backwards ball cap, no customer service skills. Parking lot full of trash, Food was what I expected. This place has an extremely run-down, dirty, gross appearance! I will not be back.

My sister, mom and I stopped in tonight to try and grab a bite to eat, after having my sister at the emergency room. After finding online that you were suppose to be open until 10, we chose to go here. When we get to the door we find that your lobby closes at 9 and your drive thru is supposed to be open until 10. We were about to go through your drive through until we watched 2 other people get turned down. You ended up losing a good amount of money because you chose to close so early, but also frustrated your customers because you didnt change the hours on your door. Keep up with your store!

Worst service ever. Waited over 20 minutes after ordering while listening to the manager bicker with employees about break times... and when we finally got our food they had forgotten the biscuits with our $20 fill up. When I went back for them the manager started arguing with me about it. The place was very dirty and smelled like old grease. Take a long hard look in your soul and realize that you dont really want fried chicken that badly...

HORRIBLE. I am calling corporate when they open! First off, parking lot was very much trashed. the bathrooms smelt like fish and the service... was.. SLOW. The cashier was not well groomed and had scabs exposed. Im pretty sure the young lady making my order was on drugs hence the marijuana smell. Im never coming back. chicken was dry as well. I am never coming back...

Chicken wasnt ready the store was to be opened at 10:30. I stood by the door for 15 minutes waiting to get in to be served. They came over and put a sign up saying the door would not be open until 12:00. They said the drive through wad open. Went to the drive through hevsai the chicken wasnt ready we would have to wait another 15 minutes.

Had to use the restroom. The place was pretty gross. The store itself was pretty gross. And apparently they were not able to make change so if you didnt have a credit card or the exact change, guess you didnt get your food. Wont eat here again, plus it was really, really expensive.

Worst kfc ever ...you cant ever come here..as a matter of fact Im sitting here in the parking lot and I threw my chicken out the window ..its completely dead ..why should I get old as food ...step the game ...employees hygiene appearance is terrible

Will never go back to this KFC in Carlisle. 6:20 PM and they are out of chicken. Ordered 8 pieces of crispy and they only had one. This is not the only time. Ordered chicken pies weeks ago and they had none. I went for Chinese that day also.

Waited to long for our food. And everyone was walking around doing nothing and were on their cell phones. A girl that worked there wiped the sweat off her face with a napkin and then didnt wash her hands. I will never return to that kfc again

Staff is very negative and service is VERY slow.. its a trip but just go to the one in shippensburg. How does a CHICKEN RESTAURANT run out of chicken???

Food is always very good, usually a very clean restaurant. Very friendly staff, the only down side is is that they dont always have Mac and cheese.
