If you want a real review which will convince you how terrible this place is read this. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Trust me. Not worth it. I been there twice. First time i went there i would rate my visit a 2 stars. They didnt ask me for anything to drink when i got there. The lady just told me to sit there and left. I had to get my own refills all the time. They barely took my empty plates off my table when i was finished eating. The food was dry and some is even inedible. The second time i went there, the lady did ask me for my drink, but never refilled the rest of the visit. I also had to get my own fork and spoons and napkins. They had allowed some kind of group to come and eat. they had invited over 150 people into a restauraunt that does not fit that. I was sitting alone and when i left to get more food and i came back, with people sitting at my table. My table was taken and the waitress had no clue about anything going on. i do NOT recommend. would you like your table to be taken by random people? When that happened, they told me to sit next to this family of 3 in a table that seats 4. I said no. They said, theres no where else for you to sit, sorry. VERY disrespectful and TERRIBLE customer service. I do NOT recommend this place.

what can i say, for the price, you cant really complain much. my lunch was under 9 bucks soda included so if you complain then something is wrong with you but if you give this place 5 stars then something is definitely wrong with you. bottom line for the price, the lunch was descent. i had some cheap sushi some noodles with orange chicken and some desert and thats about it i couldnt try the rest for graphical reasons. a lot of the customer were construction guys who filled their plates really good with rice, corn, meats and shrimp, and of course Chinese people who seemed very satisfied with their food, but Im not surprised, in china they eat dogs and snakes so that buffet is like some top notch steak house for them. would i go back? probably not. not 5 stars not 1 one star somewhere in the middle.

This Chinese Buffet is big and their food is okay. However, they charge different prices for different people, I guess, depending on your looks, or skin color. I went in with my wife on June 3rd, 2016, and we were told that lunch was $12. 85/person. On our way out, after eating, surprisingly, I overheard the lady telling a white couple that buffet lunch was $12.25. I wondered why charge us 60 cents higher but I resisted the urge to confront her. Well, to suite myself, I returned there last week to verify and, lo and behold, I was still charged higher. Im not sure if my being black is the issue, or what exactly is the reason for separate pricing at this restaurant. I just want others to be observant of this as well. Besides, the place is dirty. The old rug on the floor stinks really bad.

Ive lived in this area for roughly 11 years. When my family first moved here, we heard of this Bamboo Buffet. and got all excited. We went there maybe 2-3 times as a first choice. The other reviews are pretty spot on, only the seafood is okay as one mentioned. If you only eat that then youll have an okay experience with the food. Fruit is pretty dry from what I remember. As for the sanitation, pretty sticky... Its a little ironic though how you cant keep using the same plate for sanitation reasons when theres nothing sanitary about the place in general. On the upside, theyre open on Christmas. Although that was probably the last time my family stepped foot in there ever again. Its been several years and we figured wed give it another try, but it seems nothing has really changed.

I love Chinese food (the Americanized kind, of course) and am generally open-minded when it comes to Chinese buffets, since I know the quality is never all that great. Safe to say, I never go to a Chinese buffet with high expectations. That said, this place was gross. A pretty large selection of seafood, but thats not my thing...seafood from a buffet has disaster written all over it. Sweet and sour chicken with the red sauce was pretty much what youd find anywhere. The chowmein noodles were fine. Otherwise there was only one or two items that looked appetizing.

Im a local. Its about 10 mins walk from my home and I have known this place for about 10 years and let me tell you that this place have gone downhill. I dont know what happen to this place, but food so watery, oily, and gross! The place so dirty becausw the waitress so lazy! All they do is either talk to each other or stand around...Only thing that the buffet done right is the fried squid and bao pao (not sure if I spell that right). Hell the basic dish: orange chicken, they cannot get it right!

Me and my family went to eat here. We were enjoying it, until we were kicked out. The place was full, and they needed the table we were sitting at. The waiters started taking our plates off the table, and they told us to get out. We told them we werent done, but they refused to let us finish. We got up, told them we didnt like their service, and we left. Horrible place. I dont recommend.

The food is good. The price is average. My mom is a senior and we had to tell the cashier to discount cause he sure wasnt going to say nothing. The waitresses look like they are on PMS because they look angry and like they dont want to help. My waitress filled my drink halfway. So stingy.

I did not see in Maryland, Virginia and DC dirtier place (everything greasy, unwashed, sticky)! greasy, old, tasteless food. Im very surprised that this place is still in operation and that there may be with a client who would come back here.

I like it. The foods are more authentic than other Chinese buffet place and the price is right. The decor is bit old and the carpet could be cleaner. As long as you can ignore these, this is a good place for Chinese foods.

We came here around 11am and there is not line. It reminds me of the golden days in Rockville! Most of the dishes taste good. The service is not satisfactory but whatever I dont care.

Arrived before 8pm, restaurant closed at 10pm, they stopped putting fresh food out before 6pm. NASTY, COLD FOOD. DONT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY!!!
