I was really looking forward to ordering food from here so I placed an online order @ 1:57pm on a Friday for a large cheese pizza and waited for my pie. The online receipt assured me that my order would be in delivered by 2:30. At 2:51pm I called the store to make sure that the delivery person did not have trouble finding my home. The young lady who answered assured me that the driver was on his way and that I should give him a few more minutes. After waiting a half hour longer I called the store back at 3:24pm and spoke with a man who left me on hold. When someone answered the phone she told me that no one had even made my order. Then said,"oh would you like us to make it now." My problem is that they lied when I called the first time. How can you deliver an order you never made. When I asked to speak with the manager, surprise, the manager had just left for the day. Order here at your own risk. If you live in pikesville you have so many options why bother ordering from here at all.

I had them on notice after three occasions when our orders took nearly an hour (and they were just 2 subs each time!). The last time I ordered from them, the delivery man claimed that I was was $3 short. I checked the receipt and had a $3 tip on top of the total, so I had no idea where that number came from. I gave him ANOTHER $3 because I felt like being a nice guy. I called the store to ask what happened and to let them know that this was my fourth and worst issue in a single month. They said they would find out the issue and call me back Until they call back, Im never ordering from them again, and I suggest you avoid the place too. Food is ok, not great, but service there sucks terribly.

I ordered once and the delivery took 2.5 hours and the food was cold and the order incorrect. I figured Id give them a second chance because Ive worked in the restaurant business and I understand how difficult things can be and how mistakes are easy to make. I ordered again and after 2 hours, nothing came, I called to ask for a refund and they wouldnt refund my money. They robbed me. Last time I ever order from here again and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Called ahead and ordered take out- had to wait forever once we got there, even though I could see our pizzas sitting on top of the oven. Then they had put the wrong pizza in the box- so I drove back to the store and gave them the box with the wrong pizza. They made me a new one (correctly this time) while I waited ANOTHER 10 minutes for it. The food itself was great- but the service was definitely sub par.

I tryed to order a white spinach pizza which the guy could not understand english and not the first time trying to order there i wanted it half spinach i wanted tomatoes on the other half i was yelled at it doesnt come with tomatoes instead of tell me i could pay for a extra topping.

I ordered my food at 2:49pm , its now 4:08pm & I have yet to receive my order. Called in over 20min ago & was advised to allow 10min. Then when I called in the woman that answered said "oh , well the driver said 4min" .. service SUCKS !

First time here and I really enjoyed the spinach white pizza. It was very fresh, and the crust was soft and chewy yet sufficiently crispy. The quality of the crust makes me eager to try their calzones and stromboli.

This particular pizza man advertises that it delivers within 5 miles. I lived inside of the 5 mile bubble but they refused to deliver to my apartment. False advertising.
