First let me start off with the positives. I have never had anything bad from MOD pizza, which can be attributed to the quality of the ingredients used. The staff for the most part exudes a high level of customer service, and makes a reasonable effort to ensure that your experience is memorable enough to warrant a return trip. Now the areas that need improvement: 1. The online order process needs to be cleaned up, too many times I have ordered and my the accuracy rate on my order has been less than 50 percent. I just visited last night and one of my pizzas was completely deleted off my order. Then they doubled down on the mistake and the toppings my wife requested were completely missing. While I dont expect 100 percent accuracy all of the time, what is frustrating is that the mistake gets compounded because it appears that they set unrealistic production times. For example, I have a family of five, so please dont tell me that my order will be ready in 20 minutes, when common sense points to every aspect of that not making sense. In addition, at times there are too many staff members just aimlessly walking around who appear to be aloof or completely disinterested in providing assistance. The restaurant has the potential to be a mainstay, but must clean up system failures in their production cycle.

UPDATE: got home and one pizza was missing an ingredient. Went back and spoke to the manager who was very nice and made it right more than probably necessary. Much appreciated. Like the pizza, but this location needs some help with getting online orders done. The first couple of times I came in the pizza was done on time. The last 3 times Ive gotten a pizza with the wrong sauce, a pizza that was late and when it was finished they didnt tell me until I took it on myself to asked them again, and just now I walked up to get my order and its not done. The cashier says "we tried to call you" so I look at my phone and they called while I was standing at the pickup area...already 2 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be ready. Does that make any sense? No offer to make it right. No apology. Just a 15 minute wait.

i went to this place for the first time sat night and only 3 people inline front of me, but it took almost 40 minutes to get to the order station and start my pizza, when the clerk stopped to make three called in pizzas, i asked why i was going to have to wait , he already had 5 on the table waiting to be put into the oven, and then 3 more!! I gave up and left in frustration. never going back, this place is understaffed, and you cant serve fast, cooking two pizzas at a time. there was only 4 people that seemed to be working. Terrible experience!!, no manager on staff. the one in Laurel is much better.

A coworker picked up an order for us, mine included a milkshake. It was completely watered down and tasted terrible. When I called, someone told me they were aware they were watered down but it wouldnt "kill me". I said the problem was it tasted awful, and she was completely unapologetic and rude. She said she had just finished telling her new staff that they didnt make the milkshakes correctly. So, they sent us on our way with milkshakes they knew tasted awful and didnt care. Will never come here again. I cant believe how rude she was on the phone, terrible customer service.

This MOD is close to work I go there more often than I should. I find that ordering online is the easiest way to order during lunch. Theyve never messed up my order (yet) while ordering online and I get to skip the line and go straight to the register when I arrive. I love brick oven pizza and they always get the crust just right IMO. My only negative critique I have is that the music is always LOUD and when trying to eat with others it makes conversations a little unbarring. I guess its a good way to get customers in and out. Overall a great pizza for the price.

Very disappointed after wanting to try this place for awhile. Staff was not friendly or helpful when we arrived. "Super fast pizza" because its not cooked all the way through and is given to you cold. Staff handling the pizza didnt have gloves on and was also handling peoples credit cards which is extremely unsanitary. My pizza was not cooked all the way and it tasted like soap; I threw most of it out. We will not be coming back. Save your time and money!

Well, I like to add reviews only when the place is a good place; but; let me start with the good thing, clean, a lot of space, good taste, reasonable price. Bad thing, if you compare this with other restauran(blaze pizza), the bread need to get better, they dont add enough ingredients even if you ask for more. The guy in the bar of ingredients didnt treat me good. like a new customer? I prefer blaze. If you see is not enough cheese... :/ sad

Only my second time, but pizza was consistently fresh and cooked perfectly. Root beer float - YUM! Tried the garlic strips - Very dry.. perhaps adding butter and freshly chopped garlic would help? Only real issue was that dining room was a disaster. Almost everything was empty (napkins, parmesan cheese, etc), trash was overflowing and the drink area and floor were dirty. Busy night? It happens. Ill still be back soon!

The pizza and salads were OK but WAY too overpriced. Pizza and salads for 3 people was over $50. and the quality wasnt anything great. If youre someone who likes lots of topping this might be a good value since they dont charge for toppings but that wasnt the case with our dinner. Anthonys across the road is SO MUCH BETTER and cost so much less.

One of the best pizzas I have ever tasted, the staff was very friendly. I patronized them two days in a row and took friends the 2nd day. They were always doing something: restocking, cleaning ... and not standing around just waiting for customers as they were steady but not real busy like the night before since it was New Years Eve.

Something for everyone here! Kids can customize a mini pizza so it has everything they want and nothing they dont. Vegetarians and vegans can rejoice, as there are plenty of options for us here, both on the pizza and salad fronts. Prices are good, thin crust delights, and all natural lemonades put the icing on the cake. Yum!

I personally screwed up by asking for hot sauce on the wrong pizza after it was already cooked. Still, they remade the pizza, let me keep the wrong one, and threw in complementary cinnamon sticks. All because I messed up. Definitely fantastic service!

Choices are great for the pizza and salad, always FRESH. My only issue is the volume of the music. Way to loud and obnoxious for space and demographic. I appreciate the energy of it. It certainly did its job of rushing me out of the restaurant.

Best way to describe this place is that its the Chipotle of pizza. Its a bit overwhelming at first but, the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was nice to add alot of toppings and not get charged for it all. I will definitely go back again.

Pizza was excellent! Def felt like the Chipotle of pizza with more options, as another reviewer stated. Taste was excellent and so was the service. I have been there 4 times and will most definitely return. Highly recommended.
