So glad that Al Pacinos is still in the Pikesville area. We need decent restaurants with reliable customer service and really good food at reasonable prices. Dont love the decor (somewhere between diner and night club) but they are still providing the same solid middle eastern fare we remember. Fresh hummus and dips, well prepared salads, great lentil soup. I always choose the vegetarian options but others I was with enjoyed their lamb and chicken dishes too.

Food is uniformly very nice. Good variety and well done and savory. However, service is spotty. The server who handles lunch has some sort of a personality disorder. He gives poor service, but with a smile and some charm. When you notice he is not really serving you he always finds a way to turn it around as if it is either your fault or he was just about to get you what you wanted but your request got in the way of him doing it. He is actually infuriating.

I order gyros from this place probably once a week, on average. The gyro is good - and it comes on fresh flat bread, which is definitely superior to what Ive had for gyros elsewhere - and they have excellent fries. Its decorated with an Egyptian theme, because its owned by Egyptians, but thats obviously quite incongruous with the name of the restaurant. I havent had a problem with the service, but I typically call ahead, and Im sort of a regular.

The worst experience I had in America was at this restaurant. We were a total of 12 guests and left a tip of $70 for the waiter which was way more than the 20% mark up. However, this rude waiter had the guts to approach and complain about how little we paid him and started to tell us that he has family and mouths to feed. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN.

Nice atmosphere. Like the free wi fi. Need to improve gluten allergy awareness. Tell people that the rice has pasta in it. Need to offer fully gluten free menu options. Food allergies can make people very sick for several days. Give us folks with food allergies some accurate information to go on. Thanks for knowing what is in your food. Appreciate that.

Between my wife and I, we were never drinking a full pot of coffee, always wasting it by dumping it down the sink. When we saw the Al Pacino Cafe near our state, my husband mentioned that someone at work had the machine and that it made an excellent cup of coffee. And yes! they are the best

Somewhat hidden gem. I work down the street and have seen this place many, many times. Finally went for lunch and it was surprisingly delicious. Had the lamb/chicken shawarma and it was excellent. Menu is varied enough to satisfy everyone. Will definitely be heading back.

Really enjoyed the restaurant, was clean and spacious. Food was nice, I got the Cajun Chicken sandwich (I added mozzarella cheese) and the hummus was superb. Only small thing was the food was a little slow coming out, but overall excellent experience!

Was the worst pizza ever had!! Crust was like cardboard!..eating box! Sauce was tasteless !!! Toppings very skimpy! Cheese was very lite! Tasteless all way around! Worst pizza EVER! Tow pizzas $30.00!! Total waste of money! Total rip off!!!!!!!!

Great food, I got a Mediterranean sampler and a shrimp past dish that was so go both there and the next day for lunch. The babaganush was so good. The meal was served with a just made pita bread. Monica
