Visited today and tried to place 2 separate orders. The girl taking my order was too busy rushing my friend to get her order she didnt hear her say 2 orders. We sat at the order screen for a few more seconds to see if she would come back. She didnt. So we pulled up to the window and more than once we told her we wanted another order. Another girl handed my friend her food and closed the window. After seeing we were still there, the girl who initially took the first order opened the window and AGAIN we had to tell her we needed another order. She said no and told us to get back in line and closed the window. The whole experience was hostile and unprofessional. Wouldnt recommend this location

Waited at speaker over 15 seconds..just kong enough for the car behind me to beep horn than guy comes over intercom. As Im at window..he tells me i need to move cause he has the car behind me order. As i turn to go back around i get a not so friendly ghetto "Ypu be alraight" tossed out of the take out wondow from cashier.. I reduse to go further..and its highly sad that I can actually go on an on..about the unprofessional staff

We used the walk-up window to place our order because we didnt know what we wanted and didnt want it hold up the drive through. We watched seven cars come and go with their food in the amount of time we sat outside in the cold waiting for ours. Next time, well just sit and hold up the line and get our food in the order the orders are placed!

What happened to customer service with a smile? I understand that they have a timer at the window and they are expected to get the cars away from the window within a certain time frame but when it has come to the point where the employees are becoming unprofessional to beat a clock, theres a major issue.
