My family loves Five Guys and we have visited this location several times. The staff has been generally pleasant, though sometimes the food isnt cooked quite as well as it should be. This hasnt been a real problem, but just something to note. I think its happened on times where I ordered on my phone in advance so my burger was ready several minutes before the fries and it cooled some while waiting. Otherwise this place is a decent location. Parking used to be an issue but has improved with the new parking lot (inside the fenced area). The store is mostly clean. Overall this place is a fine place to eat Five Guys.

Had a short time to order and get my food ! The place was empty and the workers were taking their sweet time to make my order ! Not only did the lady who took my order didnt want to get specific with my order but they had my order ready and were talking I had to stand up for them to know I was waiting for my order ! My order was messed up and was charged for the right order ! Never going there again ! So if you are hungry you better get something else .

Great service from all of the staff. There was a bit of a line forming at the register, so the gentleman who worked the grill started taking orders to get them prepped on the grill. The two ladies who were taking orders were both very polite. Everyone behind the counter was overall very friendly and efficient at getting the orders out quickly.

I come here like 4 times a year and I always enjoy the burgers and fries. My favorite is the double bacon cheese burger, the meat patty is always well cooked.
