This is a really good IHOP---minus the latter part of my review! It usually takes me alot to say a venue is extremely clean but immediately upon walking in I commented, "Wow, this place is really clean!" And thats without even looking at the restrooms, lol. We were pleasantly greeted and promptly shown to our booth. Our waitress Jasmine noticed us, and although she was busy, she said shed be right with us. A few minutes later she came to take our drink orders. Once those arrived we placed our breakfast feast, lol. The food arrived really quickly & looked delicious, but there was a piece of hair in my guys plate. Disgusting!!! And the worst part was this wasnt noticed until hed almost finished his meal. We were both turned off. So much so that we didnt even ask for a discount, we simply paid the check and left. Such a shame. I know things like this happen, but its still an unpleasant experience. I have OCD and turn quesy at these types of situations. I initially thought this venue was clean and it certainly looks that way on the surface, but we were shown differently from one individuals body hair. Uggggg.

The food was great. However, the service was awful. I cant even tell you the name of our waitress because she didnt even tell us. Didnt even greet us, just handed us menus and walked away. We ended having to move to a bigger table as more people joined us, the new table was disgusting! Took forever for someone to come wipe it down. (It was after midnight...they werent busy at all.) Once our food was finally ordered and then eventually arrived, we didnt see our waitress again until we were finished and had been sitting there for awhile. Then when she brought the check, she refused to do split checks, citing some absurd policy about how they dont split checks after 10 P.M. Seriously? That is, by far, the dumbest thing I have ever heard. The only reason I gave this place three stars is because they were open that late and because the food was good. Although, the hot chocolate machine was broken (it happens), and even though soup was on the menu....they had no soup. Definitely would not recommend this to anyone.

Been going here for many years as its pretty much the only thing open 24/7 and still the same. Dirty, staff doesnt wanna be here, you get attitude if theres something wrong with your food and the manager here is the WORST! I worked in a restaurant for many years and never did we have a manager who would still make people pay or not wanna take anything off of a check if it went all wrong from their side. Sometimes we go just for a cup of coffee and just to watch as other customers have to deal with things like this. They also never keep the restrooms clean anymore either. Its kinda like they just dont care. Im also familiar with allot of employees here as weve frequented here for years and unfortunately theyve shared their own horror stories about working with one of the managers here. What a shame as it can be quite the spot to go enjoy a cup of coffee or bring the family for a meal if things were allot different. Sorry, but no good review here.

Interior needs a good cleaning and upgrade but the customer service is outstanding. We eat here weekly for the past 10+ years and we love it. They had a crappy old manager a year or so ago but he is long gone. The servers recognize you from the time you enter and will carry on a great conversation with you and/or your kids. The one that used to be a teacher is fantastic. I have no issues leaving a $10+ tip on a $20 meal everytime! Give them a try and you will see for yourself. Oh, kids do eat free during the posted hours. Great value and great food. I leave full and ready to explode. Their grits are great.

We stop here at least once a month and have found this. Food is always good and as you would expect at a IHOP! Most of the time service is good not great, now on the weekends or when its busy service is SLOW! If you pull in and the parking lot is full you need consider the wait time to be seated & to get your food once you are seated.

Typical chain IHOP. Decent food. Some items were really good (obviously the pancakes), others were just okay. What I loved is that the service was FAST! Ive never been to an IHOP and got my food as quickly as I did at the Waldorf location. It mightve have taken away a little bit from the cooking quality, but I wasnt displeased.

Cathrine was our waiter. We have been traveling by car for over 15 hours and decided to have breakfast here. Cathrine was not polite or welcoming. The entire time rushing her service with us and even handed us the receipt before we were even half way done with our meal. Horrible customer service!

Surprised at how well breakfast went. We were there late morning (just after Church usually lets out) expected to have to wait, but were seated immediately. As the after Church rush did show up our waitress never forgot us and continued to check on us while we ate. Great service!

Tasty food, although I got some specks of someone elses food in my plate, which could have been dangerous if I was allergic, it was really good. And the waiter who served us was nice, and talkitive which is both good and annoying. He got a nice tip tho.

I am currently here eating with my child. The service is fantastic. She notice me at the first open door directed me to my seat and took my order. The salad is fresh and my pancakes are pretty!!! She is getting a great tip.

Cathy is rather slow, she has been my waitress the past two visits. Lol funny I am not the first review mentioning Cathy haha. Otherwise the place is good as usual. 4 out of 5 for cathy.

It is quite, the waiters and waitresses are friendly and polite. Clean and you dont have a long wait on the delivery of food. Ordering carry out this time. Quick and packaged well.
