Very rude, unprofessional, rush your order and serve old Lettuce and cold sandwiches . Ordered an iced coffee, with" LITTLE ICE", what is so hard about that. They really need new manager there, the management is horrible. There is no quality control! They constantly get my order wrong. I am going to continue to try to reach corporate level, they definitelyally need an"undercover boss" eposide aired here. Not to mention that you only get a receipt half the time and have to remind them to give you a receipt, maybe to hide the fact that they messed up your order. Someone has to do something about this!!

Every time I go there I wait 10 minutes for my meal, I really dont mind it all that much so I keep going back because its the only Burger King near me. But today everything changed when I got charged for a more expensive order (which I did order) but received a completely different sandwich and did not receive napkins or my straw for my drink. May sound petty but I want what the hell I pay for, especially when I waiste ten minutes of my life waiting on i. The straw that broke the camels back

Happy to have found this place. Not very common to receive this type of service at fast food. Pleasantly surprised by the effort and efficiency of the staff. I will admit I was a little underwhelmed on my first visit but in my last few visits things have been great. Dont know what changed but keep up the good work.

My son and I just stop at this Burger King for some food. We stood at the register for about 5 minutes. Even though there were 6 people working nobody said a word to us. Not hello, be right with you, nothing. So we walked out. Now we are at Chick-fil-A. Enjoying good customer service.

Love the flame - grilled burgers. Service is always fast and efficient. Good food, courteous staff. Closest one to my home. Need another one in the Bowie area. South Bowie in particular.

I just left this burger king last night and my husband found a huge horse fly in my chicken ceasar salad. So awful....very unsanitary. Ill never go there again!!!
