Not a place to eat in. The food was reasonable, though a little on the greasy side. It might be acceptable for carry-out or delivery, but the eat-in experience was bad. They had styrofoam plates and plastic untensils; and not particularly attentive service. We asked for water and were told that they "dont have tap water", but we could buy bottled water. We did like the vegetarian options that included "vegetarian" chicken dishes.

Shang Hai has become my go-to Chinese restaurant. They are quick to accommodate my extra spicy requests and always produce delicious food in a timely manner. Plus it seems to be family owned and the woman always strikes up conversation making the restaurant very welcoming. I no longer go anywhere else for takeout Chinese food.

Good price, but some of the food is mediocre. They have a habit of telling you the food will be ready in 20 minutes, but its more like 40 minutes or an hour until its ready. My wife gets really bothered by the styrofoam containers they use, which the county outlawed recently. Not sure how they get around it.

They have poor customer service. False advertisement. One price on the menu and another price when you place the order. Please do not order from this place. But, if you do, make sure you compare what price they have online vs what they say!

Right around the block from my place so my family orders takeout whenever theres no food in the fridge :) works for us as a go to neighborhood spot. Not fancy but doesnt disappoint. Great for what it is.

The best food ever. We do take away once a week... Green carry, combination lo main, soups, sesame chicken, pepper shrimps this is what we eat there all the time. The service is amazing thank u jenny
