I read previous posts about food tasting good and Im glad I found this Chinese takeout. Ill definitely go back again. The place was clean and my food was delicious, fresh, huge portion and reasonably priced. Its a small family business with wedding picture hanging on wall of husband and wife owners and underneath picture of daughter. The woman and daughter waited on me, they were smiling and polite. Woman yells back to husband but shes not being rude to customers, Im assuming hes just hard of hearing. Lol

Pretty good chinese food, not the best ever but far from the worst. The one in West OC is awful. I have yet to order something here and not like it. Im seeing a lot of people complaining about the owner not being nice and its hilarious. When you go in there, you need to know what you want. Do not be wishy-washy (uhhs and ummms) about it, and do not ask to add or subtract any ingredients. Ive been going there for years and have never had a problem.

They should rename the restaurant to no. 1000. I totally wasted my money there. No sweet n sour sauce came with the disgusting crab Rangoon. The shrimp toast was all mush and grease. And all the entrees had a pungent stench coming from the cartons. The fortune cookies were the only decent thing in our $40 meal. I honestly dont understand how they are in business still. I guess they should be thankful for tourists.

The girl who took my order was sending a text while she wrote it down, we ordered garlic shrimp with plain fried rice and they gave us boneless ribs with plain fried rice. When I called to try to fix it the woman yelled at me that she didnt understand English well and that I had to come back to the store before she would even start making the right dish. Food was OK, terrible service.

My husband and I ignored the previous reviews and we are glad we did. Its a small, family owned restaurant, and they were very warm and hospitable to us. All our food was delicious; the crab rangoons and spring rolls were very tasty, not greasy at all, and our meals were just as good. Everything was at a decent price as well. We will return during our next visit to Ocean City.

Terrible!!! the woman yelled at me on the phone because I couldnt understand what she said, & then she hung up on me! Food isnt as good as other chinese restaurants Ive had, the rice is overcooked and the chicken doesnt quite taste like chicken.. their daughter nice though and I feel bad that she has to occupy her time waiting for her parents.

I must say the reviews for this place are on point. The lady seems rude but thats only because she barely speaks English but I wouldnt go as far as calling it bad service as she is only taking my order payment and handing me the bag. We took it to go. It was easy to order, they repeated it back to me over the phone and when I picked it up. The food tasted very good and was decently priced. I read some bad reviews that were rediculous as far as them not being able to understand you or vice versa, or that the food tasted old. Nonsense. It was delicious, and very easy to order.

Admittedly, I am not a big chinese food fan, and all the food from these run down joints feels the same, but the people that work there.. probably the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life.If it werent literally a 5 min walk from my home and my gf didnt like chinese so much I would never set foot in that place again.

Decent place for chinese take-out. The price is comparable to most chinese restaurants. The reason I place 4 and not 5 is because of the quality of meats in my combination fried rice was not up to par but the chicken lo mein and chicken and broccoli were delicious. The portion on the large is good. See photos.

Everything was good. Entrees were fresh, tasty and enjoyable. We would like more vegetables but I guess chicken is in abundance here. We are still looking for a new favorite Chiness carry out since we became permanent residents last winter. No 1 Chinese is definitely worth trying again.

I was nervous to order here after all the bad reviews, but they must be out of date or else I got lucky. I went in and was greeted with a smile right away. The owners (?) were both very friendly, and the foods better than some other chinese places in OC. Ill definitely order from here again.

Great chinese food. Very fresh veggies with the food and even though I always order carry out the interior is very clean. Some staff can seem a little rude but I think its just a cultural thing nothing to take personally as previous posters seem to. Most staff members are quite nice:).

Really good Chinese food for a reasonable price. There werent too many vegetarian options (its all basically chicken, beef, and shrimp) but if you ask for something without the meat theyre totally accommodating. Super friendly, super fast, I just wish theyd deliver, haha.

The woman taking our order was mean, she slammed our food on the counter when I said that she forgot my shrimp roll..I told her she didnt have to be so rude to the customers and she needed to learn English since shes in America and better customer service!!
