Ive had good experiences at other Panda Express locations, so I decided to try this one too in the evening on my way home. The parking area for this Panda Express is rather small but you can always park in the Target parking lot next door and walk over. The bigger problem is, like the other Panda Express locations Ive tried, the dining area is pretty small. However, the Saturday night crowd didnt quite fill up the dining area, so I guess its not a problem. The food is pretty much the same as other Panda Express locations, with very minor differences. I found that the Beijing Beef here is not as crisp as the Dover location. Also, the Sweetfire Chicken was a lot more sweet than fire. Based on Yelp reviews I read, I thought service might be a problem but it wasnt. Everything went smoothly from the start of my order to the end. I guess the staff had sufficient time to train since January, when most of the worst complaints were posted. All in all, its not a bad Panda Express location and I wouldnt mind a return visit.

I remember when panda express first opened. They took pride in keeping it Asian everything was really nice from the moment you stepped in the place to the presentation of the food, everything had that Asian feel. You actually had to look for a store which made it even more of a eating experience. 10 or more years later I just happen to see this panda express across the street from the Walmart I was at. The only thing Asian about this place is the food. Its now the Mac Donalds of Chinese food. I might just wait another 10 or so years so it can get its feel back. This will be the last time I eat here for a while. Even the food taste like its mass produced. Not a good look for panda express.....

Ive been to this location a few times and i must say that the employees are handling the rush admirably. Everytime Ive gone inside the line has been out the door and the people behind the counter are constantly moving and customers need to understand and appreciate just how hard what they do is an appreciate the services they are providing. I was especially pleased with the manager Karen, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and like my business mattered to her a great deal. I would just like to say thank you and keep up the good work.

Each time Ive been here Ive had a terrible experience, I asked for white rice and they gave me fried, not once but twice! Every time Ive asked for a sprite it always tasted like carbonated water. The teriyaki chicken was really fatty and tasted horrible, Ive gotten really sick from this place recently as well! Seeing all the bad reviews this place has it should just close down. The only panda express Ive had decent service at was in the Towson Mall. Will never go here again and will tell others not to waste their time going here.

I went to this establishment the first week of an opening, because I figured you would always put your best foot forward. Service was fine, speed was fine, food was horrible. The lo mein was dry and old, and the general Taos was overcooked, burnt, and frankly tasted disgusting. I took 2 bites and toss it in the trash can. At this point I was sure that it was more a waste of parking spaces, that target never used, than anything.

Very rude. I just wanted plain noodles and they just straight said NO. Ive never in my life been told they cant make lo mein without vegetables. Every other place will do it for you. Almost a day after, my husband and I got sick. Like unexplainable feelings of yuck. Lastw 2 days and it was gone. Honestly think it was their food.

The place is good and the food is good, but they never give enough food in the entrees. Ive been there a few times now, since they opened. And I always get the bigger plate and always feel they dont give enough meat. I complained about that once and they said I would have to pay for a fourth entree.

Went in the restaurant and ordered a bowl, then went down to the checkout and they "lost my bowl" and wouldnt offer me a free one, even after 2/3 entrees were out of stock after i ordered. The manager was rude and had poor service and couldnt admit their mistake. I refuse to go here now

Havent tried the food yet, but the drive thru girl named Karen at Bel air location made sure that no matter what the food taste like....I will not return.....service is not what it use to be. I dont like to be spoken to in a rude way to a place Im trying for the first time.

We happened to stop there for lunch on our long interstate drive. Place was clean and ambience was nice. Karen, at the counter, was very friendly and was helpful, wonderful cheerful energy. Food was great. One of the best Panda Express in 3 states that we have been to.

While it may take a little longer to get your food because they just opened and have a new staff, they do not disappoint. Everything has always been fresh and the employees are very friendly. Ill happily wait the extra time for quality food.

Went at 7:55. Store claims it closes at 8:30. People were in there sitting and eating and others were up ordering but the door was locked. When I tried to get a workers attention he just shook his head at me. Yeah, I wont be coming back.

They started to give less food in the box to make more profit recently. One employee (short women, might be the owner) gives the least amount of food in the box compare to other employee. Better try to go when someone else is there.

Everytime ordering food anywhere near closing at 8pm they give you the scraps and small portion sizes. Dont waste your money getting late dinner here!
