Food: about what you would expect from a chinese takeout place Decor: about what youd expect (maybe a little more rundown) Price: about what youd expect The only thing that really stood out for me was the service. There were lots of (I will assume) Chinese people in the kitchen preparing the food, but there were two native-English (and/or maybe Spanish) speaking girls at the register. The girls were very rude to me, loudly complaining that they wanted to go home but couldnt because then they wouldnt get paid. After I gave my order one of them literally said, "No, dont give it to her. If I cant eat neither can you." After which they both laughed and assured me they were joking. At one point, noticing a large group of people gathered around the counter, a Chinese man (who I would assume was the manager/owner) stepped forward from the kitchen and asked if everyone had been taken care of. The same girl who had made the rude comment to me said, "Yeah, yeah, go back to the kitchen," in a fashion that I would not consider appropriate for an employee. I run a casual dining restaurant and I would never allow my employees to treat me or my customers that way.

EXCELLENT! I live in the city and I eat here probably two to three times a month. Sometimes I dine in sometimes I carry out and sometimes I get delivery. I have never experienced anything but fine service. All the employees seem busy but polite. There is excellent delivery service. I just today placed an order for delivery, and not 15 minutes later it was here. I got something very simple, but I know from other experiences that almost all the food they serve is delicious or at least decent. When I tasted the shrimp in the shrimp fried rice. Im not sure that Ive ever had more perfectly cooked shrimp. I was just the other day at a red lobster and the shrimp that I got there couldnt even compare even with all the seasonings and sauces. I also had the vegetable lo mein and a shrimp egg roll, which had the same quality shrimp as the rice. It was a bit hot though. I burnt my tongue a little. As far as the other food they serve Ive tried the spare ribs, general tsos chicken, sweet and sour chicken and Im not sure what all else, but Im sure that all the dishes they serve are excellent!

Angry. Ordered from their healthy menu. Everything was cooked correctly, but they included no side of sauce, which rendered my meal essentially inedible. I called to inquire and the woman on the phone explained its something that needs to be requested and basically, in a very polite way, told me to sod off. No offer of restitution/solution was made. I then spent 20 mins hunting for sauce at home, tried to make something that would work and failed, then had to drive to the store to get some ... the whole point of ordering in was to avoid having to do either of those things. The pork fried rice left something to be desired. And finally, I found something "crunchy" in my rice that had the look, texture, and sharpness of glass. I pitched the rest of the container. It all turned out to be an expensive disappointment. Ive ordered from here before and was always previously pleased... not sure what has changed over there, but I hope it improves. One spends his money and takes his chances I guess.

I take back every kind remark I made about Best Wok. After 20 years of getting precisely what I ordered, the manager tonight told me I didnt order what I ordered, and instead of steamed dumplings, I got fried dumplings, and instead of butterfly shrimp they sent me something with chicken in it and broccoli. He told me it wasnt chicken, but for God sakes, I know the difference between the two, and he hung up on me...twice. I once kept the owners wife from being assaulted by an irate customer, many years ago, and the owner obliged mr back by being kind to me for years. And always catering to me. By being especially nice to me, but these folks clearly are not the same folks. Please order somewhere else, the current management cant possibly be the same people, because they are only interested in arguing with you. This will be the last time I order from them. You only get to yell at me like that once.

Weve ordered from here several times for lunch at the office. Never really had a problem until today. After eating half of my egg roll I saw half of an insect ... the head, complete with antenna. Either I ate the other half or it was the only piece of chopped up insect visible. When I called to tell them they did NOT say they were sorry or seem to care. The guy yelled at me and said no one else called to complain about the egg rolls. Then he offered me a free egg roll. Had they been nice and apologetic to me this review would not have happened. I hope they learn better customer service. I wont be ordering from here again and I certainly didnt want another egg roll.

I ate here twice, just to give it a second chance and I have to say that I wont be stopping here anymore. I go to the college that is two blocks away so it was convenient but I am taking my Chinese food cravings down the road. The first time I was here I got beef and broccoli... the broccoli was good but the texture of the beef was disgusting! The second time I went here I got General Tsos chicken. The chicken was undercooked (red) and the pieces that were fully cooked were so fatty and non-appetizing. The pork fried rice didnt taste right and the pieces of pork tasted very weird. Pass on this place and goto one of the other Chinese restaurants around.

Probably some of the worst chinese I have ever had. My room mate recommended them because you can order online, but I will never be doing so again. The crab ragoons were good, but thats about the only thing. My "house lo mein" came as just plain noodles, no shrimp veggies or chicken like you would normally expect but it was the most expensive lo mein choise. The Gerneral Tso chicken I ordered to be "hot" but it was very sugary and had no heat, also it had a very strange "chemical taste" to it. Good delivery time "30 minutes" but food quality was terrible. Will never be ordering again.

I used to live close to this place and ordered from here all the time. I liked their chow fun w/ no meat, veggie lo mein, mixed vegetables and some of the appetizers. No one was ever rude to me here. The prices are cheap. Sure, its greasy and maybe the meat isnt top notch. Consider that you are getting Chinese food from a place that sells fried chicken and pizza rolls as well. If you want non-greasy gourmet Chinese food and butt kissy service then go elsewhere. If you want something cheap, pretty tasty, and fast then give this place a try.

Online ordering was easy and food arrived in a timely fashion. The chicken and broccoli was very disappointing. The chicken was chewy and fatty, no actual meat whatsoever. When I called to let them know, the response I received was "Thanks." Not good customer service from a restaurant that claims to offer quality and fresh food!

Delivery driver always rude. Woman was rude to my Gf on phone and hung up on her when she was talking to her. Didnt care they were too busy... Even if customer is wrong DoNt argue w them, make it right and take care of them.... This is basic... Sad I gave them my hard earned money... Food isnt even that good Ive had better.
