Upon every visit, I continuously receive rude treatment. I am never greeted or extended any sort of customer service, which extremely frustrates me. I had my first poor encounter with Marquita, and things never improved, even after speaking with store manager Anna. Marquita displays a nonchalant mean countenance every time I order, and I cannot figure out why she lacks service. Then, on my most recent trip, barista David followed through with the rude treatment when he ignored me each time I thanked him for making my drink. I had to repeat my thank you four times to receive a response, which was a very sarcastic antagonizing one. He scoffed and laughed in a demeaning manner that humiliated me. As a customer who is entitled to superb treatment and service, I receive neither when I come to this store. I plan to make it my duty to never revisit this Starbucks again.

The attitude of the staff is off-putting. They give the impression that your presence is an annoyance and not the source of their income. There is no greeting, unless you consider "Ill take you over here" a greeting, no "thank you." And damn little eye contact. The location is not well kept, the counters and table tops are dirty, and the primary activity of the staff was talking to one another.

This location is very small and you need to be careful about parking in the area, as there are a lot of metered spots and very little in the way of parking for the Starbucks. A pretty busy location with little sitting room and no drive-through offered. A nice staff but I prefer the Pike & Rose location without a doubt!

Good outpost of Starbucks. Your regular complement of coffee and non coffee drinks, small bites and desserts. Friendly staff here. Seating could use better arrangement however. Parking can very much be a pain, in this congested tiny shopping center. But if in the area, its a good Starbucks.

Usually the staff at Starbucks is pretty on point, but my last visit to this location was disappointing. The guy working the register messed up my orders two times in a row during my one visit and the rest of the staff was not welcoming.

This is your average run of the mill Starbucks but they have slow service when they should be faster during rush hours - its best to order via the mobile app. Its never too crowded; you can usually find a seat.

Not a lot of comfortable seating, but enough to hang out quickly with friends over coffee. Staff were knowledgeable and took our order well even though it was a bit complicated. Overall good experience.

Great little Starbucks tucked here off of Rockville Pike. Nice relaxing courtyard with equal amounts of sun and shade for when the weather is either too hot or too cool.
