At least one barista was incompetent and pretty rude. When the cashier took my order of a grande americano with a lot of room she wrote A and R on the cup. When the barista took the cup he asked what the R meant and had a joking debate that it could have meant raspberry. Ok whatever. Fast forward and I get my drink which is filled to the brim so much it spills out when he hands it to me. I tasted it and handed it back saying I asked for it with room so it doesnt taste like watered down coffee or spill on me in the car. He smirked at me as he grabbed the cup from me, ripped the lid off - spilling coffee on the counter - and emphatically spilled out a bunch of the coffee into the sink. He then pulled another shot into the cup, handed it back to me and laughed as he said something along the lines of that should be strong enough. I was very disappointed with the experience. I used to stop here a lot on my way to Alexandria but I think Ill be passing it from now on.

Im a freshman in college and I was here today studying for my three finals tomorrow morning. During a break I decided to give myself a treat and buy a frappuccino. I asked for the baristas recommendation from two options that I had narrowed down and she was really nice and recommended the double chocolate chip one. After they made my drink I tried it out and was not that impressed with it given the fact that I had paid almost $6 for it and it tasted like chocolate milk. I told my barista that I didnt like the drink and she offered to make me a new one and also offered to let me keep my old one as well. Overall good customer service and clean space. I would recommend that they turn the AC down a little since it can get very cold and that they turn the music down a little. Other then that I had a great experience.

I have heard a lot of people in the store itself complaining about how their lattes were being made, so I decided to compare. I went to a completely different state, Charleston, WV, and tried a latte and flat white. Flat whites are delicious by the way. Then I came here and the flat white was just meh. It was much more milky. Then I tried the latte and it was basically warm milk. I didnt believe the naysayers until I actually made a comparison. Its true, this specific store just screws up their espresso beverages somehow. It was the middle of the day, so it wasnt busy. Im not sure what theyre doing differently.

Dont normally come here but tonight sucked. The chipper guy with an over grown beard made it and god forbid i asked for another cup. He made me feel really uncomfortable because the original latte he made was spilled over and made the cup soggy. I simply and politely asked if could get another cup - not make another one - and under his breath says "if its completely necessary." YO BUDDY if you hate your job just leave, go do something more hip like building bikes or something. Anyways bad experience, guy has terrible customer service and ruined my latte.

Attentive and friendly staff - how thats possible considering the extremely rude and privileged patrons that frequent the store baffles me ... Saw a patron order one drink, get it then change their mind and complain that she had to wait for someone elses drink to finish being made until her every whim was attended to. Its coffee people, take your Valium and keep your attitude for your loveless marriage please (sarcasm ... Learn about it)

This is a convenient location to stop at and usually everything is ok. Its Starbucks ok. So I had a very poorly made iced venti skinny vanilla latte yesterday. I pushed in a straw and all I got was a mouthful of sugar-free vanilla syrup. Never had a iced latte layered like that. Next time how about shaken, not stirred?

I mean its Starbucks. But theyre ALWAYS out of bacon gouda sandwiches... like how? Every day? Also the bathrooms are not that nice... Theyre usually very wet and once there were pubes all over the seat. Yuck. Also also a bunch of the plugs dont work. So go to another Starbucks.

Had a Java Chip frappuccino and it was made to perfection. The structure and layout of the facility was oddly shaped so the start and end of the line was a bit confusing. Either way the baristas were nice and knew what they were doing.

I really like to Starbucks every time I come the line moves fast and their staff is actually pretty friendly! They just dont have any outdoor seating which its about to be nice and it would be great to be outside with my little pug

Had a straeberry smoothie didnt taste like strawberry. It left a bad aftertaste. I also had one of those strawberry tea things...and it was WAY TOO SWEET. Chiillll dooowwwnnn on the sugar.

The baristas here are always friendly and nice. This location can get pretty crowded in the mornings so bring your patience while waiting for that cup of coffee.
