The employees here are awesome, the service impeccable. By far the best latte I have had in Montgomery County. I think the real problem is one that folks are too afraid to address here - the homeless camped out day and night. Space is limited, yes, but essentially unavailable because of the lowlifes sleeping throughout the place with clearly no coffee in reaching distance. I dont know if it is because the managers are too nice to kick them out, or some Montgomery County law prevents it, but someone needs to clean the trash up. When that happens, this place gets five stars.

This Starbucks is the worst when it comes to mobile orders. Any other Starbucks I order from is able to have my mobile order waiting and I order fairly far in advance and off set it by asking for extra hot. This isnt my usual Starbucks, work is at a temp site for last 4 months. Due to go back mid March. Cant wait! But till then guess I should order when I leave my house!

Place is a bit small but its a good idea to order on your phone. Grab your coffee and go. The baristas are nice and speedy. Atmosphere isnt as good as some other Starbucks but definitely serviceable. There are outlets and decent WiFi for a quick study if the library nearby isnt an option.

Incompetent workers. One person making all the drinks and the guys working register dont remember to put the food orders in. Took 15minutes for me to get a sandwich that takes 1min to heat up. Dont go here if you are looking for something quick. Go to the French place next door!!

Very cramped place with not a lot of seating, had a very difficult time trying to find seats for my relatives. Ended up taking my drink to go because it was that occupied.
