LESS THAN ONE STAR IF POSSIBLE... Went there NEVER greeted employee was too busy "cleaning" the bread oven for 5 minutes then had to was her hands for five minutes(good thing) then proceeds to wipe down the counter(five minutes) then FINALLY puts the gloves on to come and take my order... oh forgot this was at 3pm NOT BUSY!!!! the "MANAGER" was leaning on the counter watching all this go on... ok back to me sandwich artist... the young lady turns around and says something... i assumed it was "bread?" so i said italian... and the pain of turning around and opening that gigantic heavy door and pulling out a loaf of bread was just unmentionable... so i said you know what i am sorry i am putting you out... i am leaving then all of a sudden both of the employees got a voice and with puppy dog eyes just doesnt understand why i would be upset... i explain to them... the manager says (STILL STANDING IN THE BACK PEEKING OVER THE WALL) " do you want me to make your sandwich? um... no... so as i am leaving(heading to the middle river location... AWESOME SERVICE!!!) i let them know i am calling your management... Peeking over the wall still she says... I AM the manager... I said no, no, maybe YOU dont understand... I mean the franchisee!! or subway regional... this is the SECOND issue i have had... and this was the try again... now it has come to a negative rating and ANOTHER call to the management company... horrible!!!

Service was horrible from the door only to get worst then better...so as soon as me and my clients walked in tables were dirty I offered to wipe them then and the guy(worker) got really snobby and offended only for it to continue on off my clients wanted the pizza that they no longer sell...which we didnt know but the same guy got upset we didnt say the correct word because pizza was not on the menu name!!...kept running his mouth literally going back and fourth with me my client ask for a 6 inch deal of the day only to see him giving him a do it long...wouldnt shut up even after the manager came out which then he took his gloves off and said forget this you handle them then...smh..she end up being very pleased took her time made five orders that were paid seperate..also...nonetheless I will be contacting customer service and not returning to that subway again...

I have been going to a lot a Subways and eating more or less the same kinda subs. But this particular one, even though the ingredients were same, seemed a lot fresher and tastier. Credit goes to Asia as well to just make the right kinda sub at a very busy day for me. The whole staff was really hospitable and welcoming. Unlike, most other Subways, the music was much better, I mean they were playing songs from Cranberries at a nice Thursday afternoon, Imagine that! I would definitely try to limit my subway trips at other places and try to visit here more often. It just felt like the first time all over again.

I am only putting one star so i can tell you not to go here for any number of reasons. The most recent one for me was, I ordered a Subwat Melt, on Herb and Cheese and my toppings. When i got home, any time i tried to pick up the sandwich, the top half of thr hrrb and cheese bread just disintegrated into dust.

They dont use clean knives to do the final cut. They tried cutting my wifes vegan sub with a knife covered in old tuna fish. People tend to be grumpy. They often run out of rolls on Fridays. Subways are generally good, but avoid this one.
