Been coming here on average 1-2 times a month since April 2016 when I started working in this area. I always place my order online, usually 10-30 minutes later than the soonest time available, but several times I have placed my order 60 and 70 minutes ahead of time-- aside from once so far in all of my visits my food has NEVER BEEN READY on time. Usually at least 5 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready are they bringing it out of the kitchen. Doesnt matter if its slow and only a few people are there... theyre always running behind. Sat at the bar once on a Sunday at 11 AM and there were maybe 5 other customers that were in the whole restaurant-- took about 35 minutes for me and a friend to get our boneless wings and fries. Today was just another day like the rest. Order was supposed to be ready at 12:10, and in recent, typical fashion I showed up 3 minutes later, knowing my order likely wasnt ready. Guess what.... yeah, no surprise-- it wasnt ready. The girl at the register went to the kitchen and came back to tell me itll be out in just a second. She took my payment along with my "lunch club" card, which was now due for a $5-off lunch order, and I told her Id like to add a drink to the order. She said shed have to process it separately, and had to get someone to over-ride the amount due for the lunch club rewards program. No one came out for the over-ride for about 4 minutes, while more people came to pickup and place orders. Another 7 minutes later a bag came out from the kitchen and was dropped on the table by the girl at the register. She continued to help new customers as the food sat there, and I began to wonder if that was or wasnt my food, as a few more minutes passed. Another bag arrived from the back, and as the girl at the register cleared the last person from the line she went to that bag first and handed it to someone that arrived several minutes after me to pickup their order (which she mentioned hers wasnt ready on time either). She then went into the other bag of food that showed up a few minutes prior. It was mine. Just sitting there. Waiting. She politely asked me what I wanted to drink, rang me up, and took a few more minutes to get it for me. At some point sooner, I think she should have asked for someone to help her by at least getting my drink for her since I had already been there for as long as I had. As usual, no apology for the wait, no "thank you for being so patient"... just a typical "OK, here you go.". I spent 16 minutes here today, between the time I walked up to pick up my order that should have been ready 3 minutes prior, and the time I left. A lot of us working on base only have 30 minute lunches, so as usual, I was late getting back after my lengthy wait at BWW. Nowhere else around the area that I go to for lunch carry-out seems to have this problem. To make things worse, though, I get back to work after rushing to be as late as possible only to find my fries did not have the cajun seasoning I ordered on them, which is on the ticket that was in my bag. If its one thing that BWW isnt doing right its training. That is evident from each of my visits. Customer satisfaction, at least from what Ive seen, has not been a top priority here. There have been fairly unfriendly people tending the register at the pickup, no one seems to know about the "lunch club" cards when I go to get my next punch in mine, no one seems to know where the punch is, no one seems to know where to get me a new card the 3 times Ive been ready for a new one. I have never gotten an apology for my food being late, have never been thanked for waiting.... its not very good customer service. And as soon as you walk in, 7/10 the entrance smells like it was mopped with filthy, stagnant mop water. Its gross. I keep coming back because the food is decent, and its the only place where I can get spicy enough chicken wings within a reasonable distance. I only hope that management at this location sees this review and acts upon it-- there are a lot of things that this location needs to repair.

Have visited this BWW a number of times since they opened - specifically for the NTN Buzztime Trivia - but my most recent visit may be my last. Friday evening - 1 bartender - had to wait 20 minutes for a beer. Then when we decided to order food, another 20 minute wait. Both waits were because the bartenders priority was to serve the wait staff before the bar patrons. Food arrived, we ordered a wrap with the $.050 side of potato wedges and requested a 2nd side of potato wedges. When we received our bill - we were charged $3.50 for 2nd side of wedges (which was the same size as the first). I asked for the manager and even though i had spent ~$75.00 between two visits just that week - he offered no understanding and had the nerve to say that this was afterall a business. His choice was to hold firm on the $3.50, when the actual cost of the size of the serving was probably $050-$0.75, and i would have been happy to split the difference, rather than to extend a courtesy to a regular customer. I will miss the Trivia, but not this BWW or the manager.

Most inconsistent food orders I have ever experienced at any BWW. Cannot comprehend how it is so difficult to Make WINGS the way they are ordered. Flavors are good atmosphere is good. The effort put into making the food that your business is named after is completely horrible. If wings are ordered extra crispy why cant you do that? If they are ordered wet it doesnt mean dump an ass load of sauce on top of them after youve forgotten to TOSS them in sauce so that the top three wings are saturated and everything else is dry. Get it together. Wings arent that complicated. I would absolutely not recommend this location if you plan to correctly get what you ordered.

Beer selection is that of a frat party cooler. Beer of the Month? Coors Light. Floors are gross. My shoes sticking to the area in front of the bar at 1230. You just opened, theres no one in here and the tables are sticky. Utter disregard for cleanliness how could you not get the place clean and keep it maintained an hour into the day. Came in for a going away party. Official boycott of all BWW still in place. This place is as bad as I expected

Its your standard BWWs with extra slow service. First time I went there, they brought out the wrong sandwich. Second time was with a group of co-workers for lunch, 16 of us, it took 65 minutes for the first person to get their food and 90 minutes for the last person to get their food. Poor management is evident. On the plus side, they probably have the best draft beer selection in town. If youre looking for good wings, try Leonardtown Pub.

Its unfortunate to see so many bad reviews on here. Ive never had a bad experience at BWW Lexington Park and Ive always had friendly and pleasant service. The beer selection is wonderful and you cant get so many choices for wing flavors anywhere else around. Also Im a fan of non-local teams so this is one of the few places I can go to see my games. I wish those with bad experiences would give them another chance, I love BWW!
