Horrible experience. Place was filthy stuff spilled all under our chairs and feet wasnt cleaned up the high chair was disgusting we had to put a blanket in it before putting the child in it. Tablecloth was all cut up and ripped where they seated us. Food was bad and we spent a lot of money and the food was bad . We ordered a dip supposed to come with guacamole there was no guacamole and only 2 teaspoons of the dip and theyre in a bowl girl said that they were out of guacamole and still charged the same amount it was terrible. We also got French onion soup there were no onions in it it was just beef broth croutons and mozzarella cheese it was terrible . Clam chowder was watered down. Everything we got had no flavor and taste it was just bad we asked for a one sauce and she said they were out of that they were out of guacamole out of that we have had a small bowl they didnt have any small bowls which doesnt make sense because it was only about 20 people in the whole restaurant so why was it out of everything. The entire experience was just bad and we spent a lot of money a couple hundred dollars for our food and drinks and it was bad!

I had the worst experience at this restaurant, the only positive thing I can say is that we were seated quickly. It took our waiter 15 minutes to come to our table. We asked a simple question about a special they had and our waitress acted very rudely and did not suggest and thing else on the menu (this being our first visit and we told her that) She asked if we needed a few more minutes, turned her back to walk away and and I my husband no lets f**king ordered I am so hungry. She turned with even more of and attitude and told me not to curse at her (which I was not). My husband then suggested somewhere else because we had so much time to look over the menu. The entire 25-30 we were there we so no manager. I called later to complain about our waitress ,turns out she was the one picking up the phone and hung up on me 3 times. I spoke to the GM Jim who said we were the ones in the wrong and I could call corporate all I wanted and it would just go back to him. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone! Who ever ends up going hope you have a better experience then we did.

Nit the best experience. We had been looking forward to trying the endless apps. But after a week of trying to get a table and being told at 2 pm, 6pm and 7pm it would be 35 to 45 min wait, we decided to reserve a table for 4. When arriving on a Sunday for our 3:30 pm reservation we were told they do not reserve. We showed them the reservation is booked and the greeter stated they have had issues with it allowing people to reserve in error on their website, and they are working on it. We asked how long it would be and she promptly had us seated in a booth by the drink machiene. We were happy with the burgers, but the chicken was cold and apps were served one at a time and we were instructed if we only bought one endless apps you are not to share. The waitress seemed nervous or just really clumsy. We definetly feel the resaurant needs roof work as there are multiple leak stains. The greeter also stated that they hold open tables due to the kitchen unable to keep up with the menu and a full dinning room. Disappointed as we use to have this as one of our main stops for a family treat!

We went here to celebrate my birthday. I was given a gift card for my birthday. I ordered the parmesan crusted chicken that came with a tomato and mozzarella salad. The plate had a very small overcooked chicken breast with am additional salad. All was served at the same time on the same plate. The salads in seperate dishes on the plate. No choice of dressing. I was very disappointed. I ordered a sangria rita which the server forgot until I had to remind her. It was served in a wine glass and extremely over priced! $11.00 for a small drink! My son had a burger and fries. No choice given as to how he wanted the burger cooked. It was average. My other son ordered the bourbon grilled chicken with a side of potatoes (a small round icecream scoop of mashed potatoes which he enjoyed both however portions were good for maybe a kids meal not a 16 yr old boy. Ordered an appitizer mozzarella sticks which was good but over priced! The bill came to 67.00. I could spend that at the Outback and walk out full and satisfied with a doggy bag. Will not return!

Sitting here in TGI Friday. Very disappointed in the service. Waitress has five table, no wait four as the fifth table is closing out. She came over promptly but as the fourth table came in she got flustered. She took our order and returned 20 min later asked what were we having, another 15 min after that I had to catch her for our water, all the Endless App chicken was cold, eventually received food orders (salad) with little to no dressing on the salad. Meanwhile she disappears for approximately 15-20 minutes as we are attempting to get someones attention. She returns, pours water in a sprite glass, puts her finger disturbingly close to my salad to point out the drizzle of dressing on it. She blames the kitchen for whatever as I stopped acknowledging her service at this point. #Dissapointed #4tablesREALLY #NEVERCOMINGBACK #stillwaiting

Visited this location on yesterday. I must say it was a very bad experience. The service was slow. The waitress never brought out the frozen drink I ordered, and when I did finally get it it it had melted. Also ordered a to go meal for my husband. Waited 30 minutes and finally had to ask for it. But wait thats not the kicker. I was charged an extra 20 dollars for someone elses meal and when I mentioned this to the waitress she acted like it was a problem to fix it. So when I check my bank account this morning it wasnt fixed causing an overdraft fee on my account. So basically I was charged by the reasteraunts for a meal that u did not order and by my bank because of your mistake. Then to top it off overheard the waitress and another employee talking about my family as we where leaving. Very unprofessional and bad business.

.4 months ago I had written a two star review for this restaurant. We decided to give it another try and were really pleased. There were 3 of us. The hostess was courteous and we didnt have to wait to be seated. (1230-Sunday) The waitress was very nice - we ordered and didnt have to wait long for our food. It looked good, and it was delicious. One person had the turkey burger with a side salad, another had the steak skillet and said it was cooked just the way shed ordered, and the other person had a chicken salad sandwich and thought it was good - although he said hed probably not order it again. He usually prefers burgers. His side was a salad. For our area, the prices are comparable to other restaurants. The service was great. We didnt feel rushed at all. We would definitely recommend it and will probably go back.
