Ive given this location three chances in the last few months and every time has been a letdown. First time, I waited in their drive thru for 25 minutes before giving up and driving away. Second time, my steak burrito had 1 small piece of steak and was all lettuce/sour cream. Third time, there were four people ahead of me in the drive through. I watched the person up front wait at the window for 15 minutes, so I gave up and drove to McDonalds where they served me in 3min. Never again. This location is terrible. They dont care at all.

The only reason its getting one star is because the young girl at the register was so nice. Missed two things on my order some how, and seemed entirely focused on the KFC portion. Why even be a dual franchise? Also, store is very outdated, some how Taco Bell didnt have Baja Blast, Bringing down the TB name honestly. Visit the one in San Souchi.

Last two times the drive through was so slow. I waited 10 min to order. This time I left after 5 min, with no movement in the line of 6 cars. Other cars were leaving too. I went to another taco bell and left with food in hand after 2 minutes. Im not planning on coming back to this taco bell in Leonardtown.

The last two times that I have ordered food at this Taco Bell, the retried beans have been thick, dried out and lumpy. This affected my bean burrito and made my Mexican pizza almost inedible. This is too bad because I really have enjoyed their food in the past.

Slow service almost always. Food is good but thats the same no matter which taco Bell you visit. Next time Ill pass taco Bell and go to salsas. Salsas is bout the same price but authentic Mexican and always fast with great service.

This has got to be the worst place to order food in St. Marys County. I know that this is the absolute worst taco bell / kfc. The employees are too busy hanging out, and hooking up. They do not have the time to deal with customers.
