This place used to be good but it was sold to a company who seems to be running it into the ground. They are taking the "make money any way you can" approach. This is evident by their charging fifty cents per sauce cup. Fifty cents for a couple spoonfuls of dipping sauce. Not to mention the staff who should probably be on suicide watch. I swear I saw the poor girl working the prep table staring longingly at the knife to her right. Overall the place sucks. Take the extra few minutes to go to Elysburg and hit up the BK over there.

Absolutely horrible. Would give zero stars. Ordered 2 items, neither of which were special or custom. Waited 35 minutes, while my order was sitting under the hot lamps, and multiple drive thru and in store customers were served even though the ordered after me. Food came out dry and crusty, and was missing one of the two items. I was given coupons for free items for my wait, which followed the greater quantity of my order into the trash. I will not go back.

The lady who took our order (drive thru ) Tiyana is who is on my recipes was nice enough . This order was made at 12:58 and I called as soon as we got home and realized they forgot the cheese ...We did get a call back and I have HIGH hopes that they will be whipping this place in shape

Very dirty, food took forever, the lids & other stuff by the drinks were not stocked up or cleaned, my bun was hard as a rock, I dont think the floor was cleaned in months! I had to ask the worker to clean our table & he grumbled the whole time! I will never eat here again!
