OK so I went to loafers on a Saturday 4/23 (evening). One patron shot was $14 dollars (Pass), ok...so I ask what tequila do you have thats cheaper, I end up with Jose Quervo at 9 dollars a shot. I ordered four total and used my card two times. got home only to find that my Card had been charged $20.60 and $41.04. I normally tip a buck a drink so I should have had two roughly $20 charges. So mistakes happen so I called and asked for a manager and was told to talk to chris or sara but they were not available. I left my phone number and my complaint and asked that they call me back. I never heard back from anyone so I called back and after multiple attempts I managed to get Sara on the phone.Apparently she and chris are equal managers, but she was unable to help me because only chris knows about the computers. Great. So you would think that she would make sure that my issue got to chris and was taken care of. Nope,I have to keep calling back for chris although I already stated my issues to Sarah. I called today and Chris was in a meeting so I left another message. i like the place but the service sucks. I had issues with my bartender that night I was there (bad attitude) and I would not be surprised if she didnt overcharge me on purpose. I just want my money back and I honestly cannot say whether or not I would consider going back as they seem to have the idea that they are doing there customers a favor by being open. I just want my money back. I would have been happy with a good comp. but at the very least someone could have called me back.

I should have known not to go to this location the minute I walked up to the door and saw the two drink minimum sign. I thought this was a sports bar not a strip club. Then I get to the door and get frisked like I am going into a club. Food was ok. Bartender was very nice. Server was nasty to my friends...I just wanted to pay my bill with no problems which I did. The next day I see someone elses charge on my bankcard for some crazy amount in addition to my charge. I immediately call. The person who was nice answered the phone and says that the best way to get my money back was to come back in angry showing my receipt and my bank statement. Restaurants should have copies of the signed transactions in the event of stuff like this. I didnt bother coming in to raise a fuss...I just filed a dispute with my bank. I will NEVER go into this hood place again.

Today was my last day ever dining at your restaurant on Caton Ave. We waited 15 minutes for soft drinks. When the Diets arrived they were flat. We ordered ice tea instead and waited 10 more minutes as it was "brewing" at 12:30. Of the five meals we ordered four were incorrect and the fifth never came. I asked what was taking so long and the server said "we only have two cooks". We were the only table in the restaurant! I had to wait to have my meal removed from the check because the Manager had to void it. He finally voided it but at no time did he ever come to the table to see what was happening. I am a local business owner and ate lunch there a couple times a month usually with 4+ people. The employees I was with eat there on their own as well. I have never had a worse experience in my dining career. If 0 stars was an option I would select it.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Our waitress was clearly under the influence of something. She screwed our orders up, took 90 minutes just to get a BLT. Let me say this, the place was almost empty! We called a guy down and asked if he was the manager, he told us no. We decided after 90 minutes of not having most of our food, to leave. 15 minutes later still no waitress. So We got up and walked out. In no time flat, security was out the door yelling at us to come pay. Low and behold, the man we talked to WAS the manager and also appeared to be under the influence of something. The cherry on the top of all of this, the waitress offered my 16 year old daughter alcohol!!!!!!

Do not order the crab pretzel in this ghetto establishment unless you want to really pay for an overpriced bagel with flavored dollar store cream cheese! The pretzel used to be smothered in the crab topping but now they place a slither of some type of cheap cream cheese with a sprinkle of crab meat, too many chives and green onions mixture on top of it. Even the pretzel is smaller for the same price and it does not taste good anymore! Plus their chicken wings are covered in hair! They are ripping customers off and will most likely be featured on Crime Watch, First 48, Cops, or the nightly news in a crime investigation due to the thugs that they entertain! Beware!!!

I have given this location three chances and was let down every time. Maybe they feel that the setting doesn’t call for respectable customer service, but I find it very rude and disrespectful. On my most recent visit, we were greeted by the backs of two employees when we walked in. The “server” was not attentive and seemed too busy sitting socializing with co-workers, using her phone and doing who knows what. I was never offered a refill and had to track her down twice. Maybe it’s because their gratuity is included, so they feel that it doesn’t matter. All I know is I won’t be going back again. The food was not even that great to top it off.

Can I give this place 0 stars? I would if I could. We sat down and waited about 10 minutes with no service. I went up and asked the hostess if there was a server to help us and she told us the server would be right over. Five minutes later still no help. I was about to get up and leave when the server finally came over. We placed an order for drinks and an appetizer and waited about 10 more minutes with no drinks or any further contact. We got up and left. Horrible service and the place wasnt even busy.

Went here for lunch on a Sunday and it was dead. Waitress was lethargic and none attentive. Food was lacking in contrast to visits and experiences me and my family have had years prior. I am guessing that mamagement has changed. 15% gratuity is automatically added to your bill which is a standard for a sports bar format in area and might explain to poor service. Dave and Busters is the same but service is better. There was ample televisions to watch sport but the floors and furniture were old and beat up.

The owner is RACIST. I have experienced racism from him first hand being thrown out for associating with someone he did not like, after trying to pay for my drink he said ," I dont want anything from you people". In regards to the recent events in Baltimore he has been herd calling people of color monkeys and they should be killed. Please spend your money at another establishment. I wouldnt eat here if it was the last place on earth.
