Where to start.. Well the booths literally are falling apart. The booth that my girlfriend and I sat at was caving into the middle! Then there is the tables that are being propped up by paper towels and you can see they mop around them cause they are wet and dried up. Then the table tops are extremely greesey, they feel like they have been cleaned in forever. The wall had a greesey handprint on with marinara splattered on it as well. Now to the food none of it tasted fresh and it tasted like it had been sitting their for hours. My girlfriend had got a salad and she said it tasted terrible. The brownies tasted like they got them from a store and took them out of the package and sprinkled powdered sugar over top of them. But the final straw was when both of us used the bathrooms. The mens bathroom smelled terrible and there was pee all over the floor looked like it hadnt been cleaned in days. Well I thought it couldnt get any worse my girlfriend came out of the womens bathroom and the look on her face said it all. She told me that there is a little container for women to put there tampons and she said the lid was missing so she could see inside of it and it looked like there was human feces inside of it. She told me the smell was so bad. Its safe to say we wont be back which is a shame because we were big fans of Cicis!

Very filthy place food all over the floor buffet was a mess ice at soda machine was everywhere ... also not sure of the situation but manager was running threw the eating area chasing after a coworker my guess is they had enough and were going to walk out but his disruption made it very unpleasant i would not recommend eating here avoid at all costs

Dirty and disgusting! There was dropped food all over the buffet that was never cleaned up, the pizzas were burnt and sloppily made, the cinnamon rolls were burnt, and the water and Sprite from the machine tasted like mold. I told the manager about these issues but he didnt really seem to care. I would highly suggest anywhere else but this place.

Pizza was hard and obviously not fresh on several occasions. Tables appear to be from the 70s and not conducive to feeling like a clean environment. Staff was not friendly (not rude but seemed bored) and many did not speak English. When asking about the types of pizza 2 employees only replied "yes". This is not the cicis I remember as a kid.

My family has eaten here about 3 or 4 times. Never had an issue. It can get busy sometimes. Pizza was about average, but the cinnamon rolls kill me i could gorge myself on those stupid things. Always walk out completely stuffed and go immediately into a food coma. Pretty decent place.

dont know what all these dang negative reviews are about. cicis pizza rocks - six bucks and lots of food. i only ate spaghetti but we walked out with a stack o pizza in our hands and no one even cared! go there all the time please and thanks

My husband and I went there on July 3, 2016. The pizza was not fresh and not a great selection either. My husband has been to several Cicis and this one was a big disappointment. We wont be returning.

For a pizza buffet, this place gets 5 stars in comparison to the other ones out there like Cicis. The pizza is creative and flavorful. Cant beat the price or the choices you have waiting for you.

We were the first people in the doors for the day, the tables werent clean (there were more dirty tables in our section than clown ones) and there were no pizzas on the buffet ready to go.
