This store gives god aweful service. I worked here for about a month, during that time i realized how HIGH their turn over rate is. You get blamed and written up for things you do not do(screw up/mess up), but that management actually screwes up. None of the cooks wear hair nets, and you wouldnt believe the amount of hair my customers would find in their food, its disgusting. I liked and enjoyed working with a majority of my fellow employees, but all of the managers aside from Adam amd Tim are very uneducated with their "management skills", especially the ways they talk to their employees, especially Brice the bar manager. The time it takes the food to come out is rediculous because the cooks are always screwing off which causes the servers to get their asses handed to them by not only the customers but the management. I was recently here to have a nice lunch with my boyfriend because he loves BWW, but as we are about to sit down i am told i have to leave. Apparently ex employees cannot eat here 6 months after termination/quiting but i was NEVER told this when i left the company. They denied service to not only me, but my boyfriend. I recommend going to other BWW because this one is a joke due to horrible management.

I am extremely disappointed. The first few times I have gone have been excellent, but the last couple have been terrible lately they have been putting so many tables on servers that the cannot keep up which is making service bad. It is in no way the servers fault but i went tonight and our server had about 8-10 tables with at least 4-8 at each. I feel bad for the servers because i can tell that there are good servers but with the amount of tables they had it has slowed them down tremendously i love bdubs but i feel bad for the servers and the amount of tables they have had. The food is always excellent but service is terrible.

Food is decent, but always takes longer than they say. This isnt a review for all those times. Just this once and about the kitchen. Went to order food for mom today and it took an extra few minutes, which wasnt a problem, until I found out it was because the whole kitchen decided to take a smoke break at once. The poor boy working front end for take out was repeatedly apologizing for aTHEIR lack of consideration. Im not sure how this got past the manager, but I hope this is noticed.

Stopped here with my Brother n law, Son & Nephews after checking out the New Star Wars movie. My first time here and must admit the atmosphere & food were great. First time trying "Dry rubbed Lemon pepper wings. They were pretty good. The people werent rowdy or rude. Staff was very polite. Very clean location. Definitely will be back here again.

Aside from it being a typical busy Friday evening our service was amazing and food arrived quickly! Our waiter, Naveed, was incredibly attentive to my familys needs and managed to make us feel that we were the only patrons here this evening. Outstanding customer service and food! Wish I could rate with 6 stars.

Service was great. I wanted a soda. They brought me one! I wanted wings. BAM I had wings. I wanted the check. Yup, you guessed it...I got the check. Amazing!!! I wanted to tip my waitress. I was shocked!!! Shocked I tell you! Right there on the receipt was a spot I could write in a tip! Just amazing!!!!

Horribly run and maintained bw3s. Very outdated design compared to newly renovated and open bw3s. Also a ton of seats have been torn for a while and still never replaced. Dirty carpet and overall gloomy restaurant. Owner needs to sell his franchise to someone else that will move and renovate.

Once again horrible service. Just left after being there for over an hour never got our hamburger and small order of wings; top it off the waiter was dumb enough to make us pay for the sweet tea and Diet Pepsi. Bad service too many times never going back. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

Been to the wet chester location no less than 5 times. Every time, food is terribly slow and server never comes around. Tried to give them multiple chance. I will never take my family back. Also kids food options are not much food and terrible quality. Too 2+ hours.

2 separate orders, roughly $50 total. Mini corn dogs, wings and potato wedges. We get home and zero sauces included. Not even the mustard that comes standard with the mini corn dogs. We like bdubs but this is a big miss on the part of the take out crew.

Good food but service was terrible. Once our food was served, our waiter disappeared for the rest of the night. God forbid hed think we might need drink refills considering were eating HOT wings. Love Bdubs but probably wont return to this location.

Friendly servers, great environment, and good food. BWW is a great sports bar. And rhis location is no exception. Plenty of indoor seating as well as a nice outdoor area. Limited spaces in the front but plenty behind and to the side.

Really sad about the wings!!! They barley have any sauce on them ever. Its like ordering chicken tinders. Ive noticed they are good some days and other days they lack a lot of effort. Seriously please sauce the wings.

It is a great place to watch the NFL on Sunday because they get every single game. Food is average bar food and service was underwhelming, but the overall experience was positive.
