Ive eaten here many times and the food is great! The service however is slow, friendly but slow. I know that there is probably some Jamaican/West Indian Granny in the kitchen cooking up some sweet goodness but we want and need speedy service. Especially during the lunch hours (11:30am-3pm). The Woodmore Irie location is a 2 minute drive from a host of Government offices/agencies but not well supported for dine-in lunch because of slow service. Most have 1 hour for lunch and people choose spots where they can quickly get in and out. Irie is a great spot, nice ambiance, great food and has great potential to compete with Copper Canyons lunch crowd. Hopeful

Customer service is not job number one at the Brandywine location and sure not at the Glenarden location. The interesting part is the food is sub-par and not get at all so you would think they would try to at least make up for that fumble. I had a horrible experience at the Glenarden location with a rude manager named Herman who reeked of liquor on his breath. Cold french fries, a drink that i ordered that still hasnt come, and flavorless food.

Second time eating here. Brought the lady. Food was just as good as last time. Again,I left stuffed and with leftovers. Awesome experience yet again.
