DO NOT EAT HERE!! I would NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone. Every time Ive eaten here, Ive gotten sick. The customer service is HORRIBLE!. Theyre rude and dirty. They handle the food with their bare hands. The last time I went, I found a HUGE bug sitting on top my sons food. This thing looked like a mosquito on steroids! It had a mouth and eyes looking right up at me. I told the waitress and she turned and walked away. My sister called her back and she denied that it was a bug, grabbed it off the plate and played with it, then snatched his plate away. I asked for the supervisor because she was so rude about it. She told us there was no manager/ supervisor. So we walked to the front to speak to the cashier. She said we couldnt get our money back and threatened to call police if we didnt leave. While we were at the front, another woman came to complain that she found hair in her food. Finally, she called the manager. He came and was just as rude. He said "this is an all you can eat buffet, there are going to be a few bugs". He said we werent getting our money back. He then offered to refund the person whos pate the bug was on (which is ridiculous because no one ate after seeing the bug)We refused to leave without our refund. They called the police. The officer said he had been there several times for this same reason. The manager gave us our refund after about an hour of going back and forth. The officer urged me to call the Health department. Theyve lost my services, Im never going back. DO NOT EAT HERE!

I like buffet, and I am kind of regular here, with my mother, so I think I will share my experience. In general, this place is pretty good, for the price. With a drink, it will be about $10 for lunch and $14 for dinner. Not bad. (About +$1 for weekend dinner) During lunch, you wont get a lot of good selections. Most will be just Chinese foods. Sushi bar will only have rolls. For dinner, things get better. They have seafood as well as sushi with fish on top. But there is a catch. Sometimes, those guys will compact rice too much for sushi, and when that happens, it gets just terrible. Thats even worse than other Chinese buffets, so check things before you take them. And, I happened to visit there on Christmas day. On that day, it was about $19 with drink. It was expensive because they had snow crab legs. Well, I like snow crab legs, but they were not kept hot. Most were just warm even right after refill. And most were rather dry. I had hard time taking the meat out of shell. Also, rice on sushi were rather hard, like they were under cooked. Salmon pieces were half frozen. Maybe they were busy and couldnt spend enough time on these. Others were mostly the same as regular dinner. So, in my opinion, Id give 4 for regular days and 3 for holidays. But still, I think this is a good place, and I will go there again.

Im a born native to the area and this place has been around for years. It Best Buffet, across the highway, out of the water. Theres certainly a wide variety of food in there, an array of diverse people, and its a semi-well kept place. I dont mind the food or the service. I have nothing against the place. All my experiences have been good ones. Its a great place for family and friends. Id recommend it. i cant wait to get on that senior citizen discount. Lmao. Now, heres why I only have it at 4 stars. 1. With Best Buffet quite honestly out of the picture, I wouldnt necessarily place this spot at the top. Its kind of difficult to gauge the worth of a place when its really the only Asian type buffet around the area. Im a believer in competition, and you cant really be labeled as the best if there isnt a playing team. Now for number 2. And this is the most important reason...there isnt a soft serve ice cream machine with a cake cone rack. Lmao. Blew it for me. Cheers!

Let me preface this by saying that I am Chinese buffet connoisseur and I am well aware that the quality of the food is not anywhere close to the fine Chinese Cusino of a 5 star restaurant. with that being said, this place was aweful. I was charged adult price for my ten year old son, the bathrooms were..well.. lets just say that I have been in Porta johns that comparatively smelled like the fart of an Angel. The ice-skating rink illusion achieved by the piss blanketed floors provided the most expeditious route to the urinal and back and also was there to unexpectedly test your balance without warning. The food was atrocious even by Chinese buffet standards. The edges of all things were hard and beyond crunchy almost to the point where chewing on marbles or glass may have sufficed as a welcomed relief. The sushi tasted like it was frozen in the middle. All in all horrible. Just aweful... I would rather do a beer bong of horse dooky than come here again.

Very very very disappointed with this establishment yesterday on May 31 2017. Called ahead of time to see what time they open and we were told 11am. We got there at 1115 am. After paying for our food and drinks we were brought to our table. When we got our plates weve noticed that majority of the hot food hasnt been put out yet. Looking around they had the cold side setup and ready for self serve. A few other areas were still getting prepared for the customers. Workers mainly women were running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to sit people, get ice, and to bring some food out. All of this shouldve been done and ready for the public before 11am. We asked for our refund and we left. Not once did the lady up front ask why, offer US an apology, or offer us a discount for the inconvenience. GOTTA DO BETTER.

Prices are reasonable. The food is pretty good and the sushi is beautiful. Food is kept pretty warm and there is enough turn over to keep the food fresh. The furniture is not in great shape. Many of the chairs have holes in the plastic. Also, they need to add another service station in the back area. The only cleaniness major complaint I have is about the clientel and not the restaurant itself. While getting food myself, I witnessed two people while walking around the buffet eating off of their plates and then licking their fingers, then getting more food. Other people are the reason I usually avoid buffets.

I absolutely love this place. My family and I have been here quite a few times in the last 2 months. Its a really great atmosphere, the noise is usually down to adult War, it turns into a bit of a white noise scenario after about 5 minutes. 19 out of 20 servers are usually amazing. Its all you can eat, top quality food, amazing sushi... Everything prepared right there in front of you, so you know exactly whats going into your food and how its being prepared. The sushi chefs are absolutely insane, theyre amazing to watch. Everyone is super friendly and the environment is very laid-back and comfortable.

I was in Baltimore on a business trip. I read the reviews and decided to give it "a shot"...I was pleasantly surprised that they had a good selection of American food (ribs, ham, roast beef & pizza) along with the usual Chinese selections & hibachi grill. (Sorry, I dont like sushi so I didnt try). The food was hot, buffet handlers used gloves and replenished frequently. Servers were very courteous and always by to refill my soft drink. Nice atmosphere and clean tables. I will definitely be back in the future.
